About this apartment rental
The 2-bedroom apartment is on the second Floor of the house. Through the front door opens into a spacious hallway. From there you can reach the kitchen. It is equipped with a full kitchenette consisting of a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Sense machine and dishwasher. The fridge freezer is opposite. Moreover, in the open-plan living room modern dining area with fantastic sea views and a comfortable double sofa bed plus chair, the flat screen TV and radio are housed with CD function. On the sofa bed, two persons a quiet place to sleep.
From the kitchen you get into the bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and another flat screen TV. The bedroom was renovated this year and completely refurbished.
Also from the hallway succeeded in the bathroom with shower and toilet.
A highlight of the apartment is the large terrace, both south and east exposure. This terrace is a beach chair in which you have a beautiful view of the beach, the Baltic and the rolling waves of the sea.
In the apartment Wi-Fi is available.
Washer and dryer are in the basement of the house and can be used for a fee
Your car can be parked in the apartment belonging to and located next to the house parking space.
It is about 50m to the beach.
Bed linen and towels can be booked for a small fee. Laundry, cleaning, SAT-TV, Non smoking, pets are not allowed

+ Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

- Leider kein Fahrstuhl
- Die Reinigungsfirma hatte nicht die Sauberkeit des Bestecks kontrolliert. Es war schmutzig, wir reinigten den gesamten Besteckkasten
+ Dafür bekamen wir eine Entschädigung in Form eines Gutscheines für Kuchen und Kaffee

Lage perfekt, Strand vom Balkon aus sichtbar und fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Auch zum Ortskern kein langer Marsch, Geschäfte in der näheren Umgebung. Objekt genau wie im Inserat beschrieben, sauber, aufgeräumt und alles da, was benötigt wird. Die Dusche selbst für kräftige Menschen geeignet und super Wasserdruck bei langen Haaren! Toilette niedrig und somit auch super für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Auch die Kommunikation mit Vermieter schnell und komplikationslos! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. War sauber und Ordentlich. Von der Ausstattung mangelt es an nichts, hier muss man nicht jeden Tag spülen um frisches Geschirr zu haben. Vom Platz her würde die Wohnung auch locker 3–4 Personen verkraften. Der Strand ist praktisch direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, und vom Esstisch hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf ihn. Nur zu empfehlen.
