It really does not get any better than this in terms of location! Whether here on business or leisure, New Cairo has become a highly sought after destination by visitors and expatriates alike.
Tucked in a quiet and safe neighborhood in New Cairo, this cozy studio comes fully equipped with a new kitchen, IKEA furniture, appliances and a large outdoor space. Only 15 minutes away from Cairo International Airport and 5 minutes away from Cairo's Ring Road. The area is well serviced and offers a variety of entertainment, cafes & restaurants (Starbucks, etc), shopping stores, gift shops, gym, golf course, spas.
The studio conveniently places guests 45 minutes away from Giza Pyramids, Cairo Museum, Khan el Khalili, Maadi, Zamalek. Although a walking distance from everything you need, an Uber ride gets you anywhere within New Cairo for under $3.
It takes less than five minutes to get to Cairo Festival City (CFC) or DownTown, providing guests with a wide variety of dining, cafes and entertainment to choose from.
CFC hosts a Cineplex, IKEA, a gym, a large number of retail stores and upscale boutiques. 'The Village' overlooks the Dancing Fountain, an amphitheater and houses 50 restaurants guaranteed to get your taste buds going. If you are traveling with a child, Kidzania is a sure 'heaven on earth' experience!
DownTown is a pedestrian area with more cafes and restaurants to choose from (i.e. Starbucks, Mori Sushi, Coldstone creamery). It is a great spot to sit back, relax, catch some sun, try a cup of 'turkish coffee' or a hubbly-bubbly. Paul's Bakery is a must stop for breakfast or brunch. Carrefour (supermarket) and a 24-hours pharmacy are around the corner for your everyday needs.

For those looking to venture a bit further out, the closest beach is about an hour and a half drive away to Ain el Sokhna (Red Sea). Rented the studio for two months and it was an absolute pleasure staying at this place. The studio is wonderfully furnished and at a great location in New Cairo. Away from the noise, but close to several good restaurants and shopping areas. Cairo Festival Mall is within a few minute's drive and has all the brand name stores as well as groceries. The attractions are also a short drive away. The best part of the stay was the wonderful owner (Sami) and his family. Sami went out of his way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and was always only a phone call away. Not only did he ensure a comfortable stay but was also a wealth of information about Cairo and was always ready to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend this studio for short or long stay.
