About this house rental
Quiet and central location
The 85 sqm holiday home (with wireless Internet) is located in a quiet residential area - about the same distance from the sea and the historic city center. Shops (baker, combi, Lidl, Aldi, beverage market) and restaurants are about 5 minutes away by bike
House and garden
Our house has a large living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room with washing machine and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 additional toddler bed, the bathroom with toilet and shower and a clothes dryer are on the upper floor. The stairs have a lockable wooden grille on the upper floor to protect small children.
A wind and view-protected sun terrace with garden furniture and a large lawn (play) area with three swings for the children, terrace with garden furniture, electric grill, 2 bicycles (+1 child seat), a children's bike from 6 years, 1 children's scooter and various children's games.

The parking space is in front of the house.
On request, we can provide additional pillows, blankets and bathrobes. If you arrive by train, we will be happy to pick you up from the train station.
Pets are not allowed.

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Es ist komfortabel ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir fanden es sehr sauber vor. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir vor dem Haus unterstellen. Der Garten ist für Kinder sehr geeignet. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben 1 Woche Urlaub in der Doppelhaushälfte der netten Familie Zimny gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden.
Es ist ein schönes Haus über 2 Etagen was sehr gepflegt und sauber ist.
Auch ein kleiner Garten mit einer Schaukel ist vorhanden:)
Der Empfang vor Ort war sehr nett und verlief reibungslos.
Ortsnah sind verschiede Geschäfte gut erreichbar sodass man alles bekommt was man braucht:)
Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall noch einmal Urlaub machen und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit im Norden:)

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war im Vorfeld exzellent. Er hat sehr schnell, ausführlich und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Die Außenanlage bzw. der Garten des Hauses ist wunderbar, vor allem wenn man mit kleinen Kindern verreist. Die Schaukel war ein richtiges Highlight. Es gab im Fundus sogar ein Planschbecken und Sandspielzeug.
Im Haus:
Auf den ersten Blick eine solide Geschichte. Es hätte nicht geschadet etwas gründlicher gegen Kalk und Staub vorzugehen.
Gefreut haben wir uns über die vielen Handtücher (auch Küche).
Leider gab es KEINEN OFEN in der Küche. Dieser wäre für uns wirklich sehr wichtig gewesen, hier hätten wir bei der Auswahl genauer hinsehen sollen.
Den Grill haben wir leider auch nicht gefunden, sind uns aber nicht sicher ob damit der Mikrowellengrill gemeint war...
Ein- und auschecken war sehr einfach.
