All suites with shelf-type cupboard with coat rack / hangers, all the furniture is NEW. The toilets are equipped with cupboard / mirror, towel rack, soap dishes, lids on the toilets, Glass Box, shower and trash cans.
2- Living Room: a) 03 large poufs + 02 small poufs with cover and console with TV b) Sofa with 4 seats, coffee table and 02 wooden chairs / armchair; 01 checkers table.
3- 01 toilet, properly equipped and with trash, on the ground floor.

5- Large dormitory distribution hall, on the top floor, with a foosball table and ping pong table.

Primeiro gostaria de agradecer a atenção que tive em todas as vezes que fiz contato com a proprietária, fui bem atendida. Segundo que a casa é muito aconchegante, espaçosa, bem cuidada, tudo muito limpo, arrumado e funcionando, uma boa localização. Recomendo sem dúvidas, realmente vale a pena passar alguns dias nesse lugar, pretendo voltar outras vezes.
