A one-bedroom carriage house apartment in a newly constructed (2018) lowcountry cottage located in the beautiful Stock Farm neighborhood of Historic Old Town Bluffton within walking distance of the many restaurants, galleries, shops and historic buildings this charming town has to offer. Comfortable, cozy and tastefully decorated, "The Bluffton Bird House" features new kitchen appliances, a full-size stacked LG washer and dryer and all the amenities necessary to guarantee a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The main room includes a sleep sofa and armchair, a breakfast counter with two counter stools which can be used as a work desk, a wall-mounted TV, full kitchen and laundry closet. The bedroom has a queen size bed with new Tuft & Needle mattress and box spring, a chest/side table, a chair and closet. The full bath has a single vanity, toilet, tiled shower and tiled floor.
