The cottage has a maximum capacity of eight people: 6 adults and 2 children

- A living room with sofa and flat screen 6 place.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

- A dining room "panoramic" with BZ (bed 2 places) and blinds in every window.

The cottage is designed to enable access and movement of people has reduced mobility.

Faced with the limestone slopes of Wavrans on the Aa and in the heart of the regional park of the Caps and Marais d'Opal, the cottage is ideally located for visiting the region (one hour from Lille, 1/2 hour and Boulogne Calais, 1/4 hour from Saint-Omer).
The cottage environment guarantees calm and serenity: a small hamlet overlooking the Aa Valley.
The name "cottage on the beautiful view" was chosen to evoke the exceptional panorama that you can admire: an unobstructed view of several kilometers that can see down the Aa Saint-Omer Golf Club in Lumbres Golf located.

Nice property with breathtaking views, in the middle of the French countryside. Very friendly and helpful owner, who even gave us some freshly laid eggs! Property was well-maintained and clean, ready to receive us. Note that there isn't an EV charger on site: there was instead an outside wall socket - we managed to charge our car (with the help of a socket adapter), but it was of course slow.

We highly recommend Gite "La Belle Vue". Set in beautiful countryside and tranquil garden, it lives up to its name. Our children loved playing in the garden with swings, slide, wooden built Wendy house filled with toy treasures, secret treehouse and ping pong table. They loved all the animals too (chickens, ducks, geese, cows in the field). The host was lovely, very attentive and generous going out if her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The gite was lovely and charming and showers were hot and powerful. It’s in a great location for exploring the area with bikes, country walks or driving to sites. We recommend to others and hope to come back.

Easy to rent and found it cheaper than two hotel rooms as we were travelling with five people and one with limited mobility. Very welcoming and the place is more beautiful than the pitches show. Lovely to wake up with such beautiful veiws amd made our weekend to France even more special. Would love to come back and stay for more than one night.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay at a truly lovely gite - a peaceful rural location but not too far away from the bright lights, and an exceptionally pleasant and welcoming host/owner who was (discretely) on hand if needed. We couldn't have wished for a better stay to completely re-charge our batteries!!

An excellent gite for a relaxing holiday, the gardens are a credit to Mr & Mrs Dubois, the house was spotless clean on arrival,the beds are comfortable. Overall a lovely Gite, our only (small) constructive criticism was that there's not enough clothes hangers for four adults spending a week holiday together.

On a passé 5 jours relaxants à ce gîte à pleine campagne. Comme sugère le nom, les vues sont magnifiques et le gîte est très bien équipé. Madame Dubois était très aimable et nous a donné un accueil chaleureux.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the gite. It was in a lovely area with many places to visit in the vicinity, e.g. Ypres and the Menin Gate, the coast, Lille, La Coupole (St Omer). Being a bungalow, there were no stairs but there were two toilets. At the beginning of our week the heating failed and it was fixed very quickly. It was a bit too cold to eat in the garden very much but it's a lovely gite to eat al fresco. All in all, a great gite.

We had a great 3 days in the Gite.We were met by the owners who made us feel very welcome.The views from the dining room were amazing as was the sunset.The Gite was spectacular,all home comforts and the beds were comfortable.The children had a good time playing French monopoly which was a challenge.A good time was had by all.

La Belle View gite was an excellent choice. My wife and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who likes panoramic views across the countryside. The location is approximately 40 minutes drive from le shuttle at Calais. The Gite is situated on the outskirts of Wavran-Sur-lAa and gives a totally private and peaceful environment. The interior is stylishly decorated and spotless. A large supermarket is situated approximately three miles away.The Gite was well equipped and literally Home from Home in every respect. There is a large garden area, with swings and other play things for young children. Mrs Dubois and Daniel were very friendly and accommodating, and on hand to answer any questions. This Gite deserves the 5 star rating I have given. Geoff.

This property was extremely well situated and well equipped for a self catering holiday. Mr and Mme Dubois were charming and provided us peace and tranquility as well as being on hand for any questions. The property and gardens were beautifully maintained and we were encouraged to use the garden recliners and bbq. The sunsets from the conservatory were awesome. Travelling to St Omer, Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, L’Aire sur Lys was easy and we spent some quality time exploring the walks around these places as well as sampling the delicious French cuisine. As far as gites go, this is by far one of the best.

This is a beautiful Gite in a stunning location. Mr and Mrs Dubois are lovely including their dog Nicky who visited us frequently in the garden. Mr Dubois gave us fresh eggs from their hens on arrival. Gite was tastefully decorated and very clean with everything we needed for our stay. We are planning out next trip already. Thank you

We had a wonderful holiday at this gite which is clean, comfortable, quiet and has beautiful views. It is very will equipped with all you need for a relaxing break and loads to keep the kids entertained. Mr and Mrs Dubois are great hosts and even gave us fresh eggs and salad from their garden. It is very well located for visiting beaches and museums and close to Calais. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for a week here in this lovely gite. It is well equipped, nicely furnished with clean modern bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The garden is just lovely, with spectacular views, the children loved playing on the swings and slide. It is quite remote but we liked that, it was so quiet and relaxing. The owners are lovely, very welcoming and friendly, and gave us lovely homegrown fruit and veg! And eggs! We had a great holiday at this gite with beautiful views! We found lots of places to visit within an hours drive, and there is a good supermarket and lovely boulangerie a ten minute drive away.

Just last week, my wife and I had the distinct pleasure of staying at the Gite, "La Belle Vue" near Wavran sur L'Aa and we can say without hesitation, that it is one of the best Gites in which we have ever stayed. The location, the view, the owners, the level of comfort - all of these elements were exceptional. There is nothing missing in this location and nothing about which one might complain. Without reservation, we can readily suggest that we would return to "La Belle Vue" at the first opportunity! The location of the gite provides easy access to local communities and to road access that allows one to travel very readily to southern Belgium or to larger centres in the Nord Pas de Calais. It provides an exceptional opportunity to enjoy rural French life with ready access to more cosmopolitan areas as well. We recommend this location most highly!

"La Belle Vue" truly magnificent

Property was immaculately presented with a cosy warm feel on arrival.The owners gave us a very warm and friendly reception with a guided tour of the property. No shortage of kitchen equipment cutlery, glasses,etc.This making full use of the dishwasher possible. We spent lots of time in the dining area, looking out over the wonderful countryside and especially the owners garden which is gorgeous. The property is ideally situated for all attractions in the area.(we visited vimy ridge and la coupoleand several restaurants in the area) The location of the property is ideal for anyone wanting peace and tranquility with the knowledge that everything needed is just a short trip away. Quel bel endroit ! Ici tout est agréable. Une jolie maison très confortable et très propre, parfaitement équipée. Tout ça dans un cadre superbe, dans un calme absolu. Une vue imprenable sur la campagne et surtout sur le magnifique jardin où légumes, fleurs et arbres sont harmonieux. Le tout est bienfaisant. Et que dire des propriétaires ? Accueillants et discrets, ils partagent généreusement leur espace, leur jardin et ses productions. Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans ces lieux.

Un petit coin de paradis au calme entouré d'animaux. Le gite est très propre et bien équipé (bonne literie, équipements bébé, jeux extérieurs et intérieurs). Les propriétaires sont serviables et prévenants. Une mention spéciale pour la cabane dans les arbres un petit paradis pour enfants.

Nous étions là pour un EVG, nous sommes arrivés dans une résidence isolée, dans un état irréprochable et un accueil vraiment cordial dans le respect des règles sanitaires. Les propriétaires sont voisins du gîte mais ne sont pas intrusifs, ils font en sorte que le séjour soit le mieux possible merci à eux pour ce superbe accueil dans ce superbe endroit, je recommande cette destination pour n'importe quel événement.

Very nice house to relax

It feels like home, the house perfectly stuffed, the host is very nice and friendly! It was a perfect week to enjoy with our 2 kids (3y and 4y) who could play inside and around the house absolutely safe.
