About this house rental
An open kitchen-living room with a fireplace stove, a bathroom with a sauna and whirlpool tub, guest toilet and 4 bedrooms await you here. On the open terrace you can get the barbecue going and so best enjoy the balmy, long summer evenings. This beautiful vacation home is located a few minutes walk from a lovely, child-friendly sandy beach with a bathing jetty. It is about 3 km to the 700-year-old merchant town of Skælskør, where beautiful, historic half-timbered buildings and courtyard lots with cobblestones make a stroll a real experience. In the surrounding area there are several manor houses such as Borreby, Holsteinborg and Espe, where H.C. Andersen once stayed. Within a distance of 30 km are the towns of Korsør, Slagelse and Næstved - each with an older town center and newer architecture. 7 km southwest of Skælskør is Stigsnæs, from where ferries run to the islands of Agersø and Omø, 2 charming islands with a cozy harbor ambience and pretty nature.

This was a great location for our trip. We were 7 adults traveling together and this house and this house was perfect for us. The 4 bedrooms and especially the 2 bathrooms made our stay very easy. The kitchen was well appointed and the living room was big and comfortable for our adult children to spread out. And the wifi was a big hit. There is easy access to the beach - just a short walk - and, an even shorter walk to the Kobæk Cafe and restaurant. There is a grocery store right up the street and the little town Skælskør has good shops and restaurants. Novasol/Dansommer are very easy to communicate with. They offer self check-in and out - so easy. They also offer (for a fee) anything you might need for your trip- linens, cleaning supplies, baby equipment, etc. Check out the booking site for this information. We ordered linens and cleaning supplies and they were there at check-in. You can't go wrong with this choice!
