The apartment is situated on the first floor of the upper house, directly at a mountainside and has a quiet, admirable view. All rooms have windows, including kitchen and bathroom! Very beautiful hiking trails start at the house, e.g. the famous “Carl-Hirnbein-Weg”. The hiking and cross-country paradise Knottenried is procurable in approx. 10 minutes. Idyllic lakes for bathing, e.g. the “Niedersonthofener See” and “Kleine Alpsee bei Immenstadt” about 15 minutes away and invite to a recreating bath. The “Große Alpsee bei Immenstadt” offers practically all water sports. Places of excursions are Kempten, Oberstdorf, Oberstaufen, Füssen with the famous royal palaces, the Bodersee, Austria and Switzerland. Because of the proximity to the Alps everything from a promenade up to a mountain hike is possible! Indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness center can be used arbitrarily during the opening times without paying an extra fee, it is included in the lease price.


Shopping and taverns: The parc has a small kiosk for the most necessary. Everything for your daily need can be purchased in Missen. Larger shops of every kind are situated in Immenstadt where there are very good shopping facilities. In Missen there are also nice taverns, especially the “Brauerei-Gasthof” that has an entry in the Guinessbook of records for its portable brewery machines. Here you can enjoy Bavarian cooking and a nice beer. Once in a while there are funny “Sud-Abende”. More restaurants of all price classes can be found in Immenstadt

Arrival: By car: From Ulm on the expressway A 7 in direction Kempten, continuing in direction Füssen/Oberstdorf/lLindau. At the interchange Allgäu in direction Oberstdorf/Lindau on to the expressway A 980 (is called B12 later) up to the exit Oberstaufen/Weitnau/Missen. In Seltmanns and Siberatshofen take a left in direction Missen. Approx. 1 kilometer after “Unterwilhams” there is a sign “Wilhams”. Take a left here and go up the hill to the “Ferienwohnpark Oberallgäu”. At the reception you will get the keys and can drive up to the apartment. Afterwards you bring your car to the parking area.
By train: Get out at the railwaystation Immenstadt, continue by taxi to the Holiday Park, and let the driver wait while getting the key at the reception, then continue with the taxi to the apartment.
