The detached holiday home, built in 2017, is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and a garden swing.

Mastrinka. The holiday home is located on a 650 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking (for 6 cars) in a carport and on the property.
