Near Pornic large villa 150 m from the beach, with heated outdoor pool

The property was perfect for a family holiday. The outbuildings meant that we could spread out a bit have our own space, which was useful as we were 3 families. We loved the character of the main house, which I would describe as " shabby chic". The kitchen area was compact, but well equpped. There was everything we needed to cook a few meals. The outside space was excellent. We ate meals outside on the terrace and the lawn area and pool were both lovely. The barbeque was useful and there were pool toys and outside games. The nearby beaches were great and the local area was pretty. Pornic is really pretty and didnt feel overly touristy. We met Betrand and his family and they were very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend this property for a family by holiday. It isnt super- luxurious, but felt homely and this was reflected in the price. Bringing our own sheets and towels was a bit of a pain, especially for those arriving by plane.
