About this house rental
House for 2-4 persons: approx. 70 m2 on two floors. The ground floor has a living room with kitchen, dining area, sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom (17 m2) with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and air-conditioning. An extra bed for a child is available on request and can be placed either in the living room or in the bedroom.

Die Vermieter sind total nett und sprechen deutsch. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat ganz locker und unkompliziert mit einem Einheimischen Empfangsdrink stattgefunden.
Das Haus ist sehr ländlich gelegen, man hat seine Ruhe und kann in das kroatische Leben eintauchen.
Trotz der ruhigeb Lage sind Orte wie Labin, Rabac, der sehr schöne Strand und etliche Badebuchten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants findet man zur Genüge.
Wer Ruhe und Erfahrung sucht ist hier genau richtig.

We very much enjoyed our vacation in Croatia at the nice little house located in a very small village near to Labin. The house had enough space for two people and was comfortable and clean. The garden was well equiped and it was nice and relaxing to sit outside any time.
We booked the house in early 2020 and postponed our vacation due to the Pandemia for more than a year. The communication with the agency especially in this regards was very friendly and supportive.
We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and sadly had to leave when the vacation was over.

Wir waren total begeistert bzw. sind es noch, von unserem Urlaub im Haus Jakov in Zupanici. Das Haus, das sehr große Anwesen mit Feigenbäumen, Kirschbäumen, Blumen - einfach Idylle pur. Die Räume im Haus sind liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Vermieter (Marija und Josef) sind sehr, sehr freundlich und gehen auf jeden Wunsch der Gäste ein.
Gut essen kann man im Restaurant " FERALI " in Strmac, nur 10 Autominuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt.
Wer in Ruhe in der Adria baden möchte, fährt am Besten nach Trget an der Zaljec Rasa. (20 min. mit dem Auto) Hier werden in der Konoba " NANDO " wunderbar frische Fischgerichte serviert.
Wir waren das 11. Mal im wunder schönen Kroatien und kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder in das kleine Dorf Zupanic, Haus-Nr. 45.
Danke Marija und Josef für die schönen Stunden in Eurem Ferienhaus.
