Spend a wonderful holiday by the sea in this comfortable holiday apartment with access to the pool and wellness area.
The modern apartment awaits its guests just a few steps from the beautiful beach. Enjoy the view over the pine forest and Baltic Sea from the bedrooms and admire the sunrise.
Stroll through the park-like gardens and swim in one of the outdoor pools, which are open from Easter to October. You can also play basketball, boules, outdoor chess or table tennis.
You can reach the spacious wellness area from your apartment, where the indoor pool, saunas and relaxation areas invite you to relax, and you can take part in yoga classes or fitness training several times a week. There is a lovely playground for the little ones.
Discover the kilometre-long, fine sandy beaches of Prorer Wiek. Stroll along the beach promenade, enjoy the sweeping views over the Baltic Sea and breathe in the fresh sea air. Take advantage of the well-developed cycle and hiking trails for beautiful excursions and explore the Jasmund National Park with its famous chalk cliffs.

Wir haben in der Fewo 10/23 gewohnt. Es war die letzte Wohnung des Gangs. Direkte Strandlage, 2 Außen und 1 Innenpool sind wirklich eine schöne Annehmlichkeit. Die Fewo selber war ausreichend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sonst fehlte es an nichts. Verdunklungsvorhänge sind vorhanden. Fußbodenheizung sowie Handtuchtrockner. Es fehlt an Stauraum im Bad und eine Möglichkeit die Strand und Schwimmsachen zu trocknen.
Negativ zu bewerten ist: man kann kaum lüften, da die Balkons eng zusammen liegen und Rauchgeruch in die Zimmer eindringt.
Die ehemalige KdF Anlage ist auch so ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel und Ruhe findet man bis zum späten Nachmittag nicht auf dem Balkon. Hobbyfotografen überall.
Für beide Probleme mache ich nicht das Hotel verantwortlich und ich habe tendenziell damit gerechnet. Restaurants haben wir nicht genutzt, aus planungstechnischen Gründen und können diese nicht bewerten.
