About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a detached house with two residential units in the villa district Els Grecs. The house is located in Roses center, but absolutely quiet. The road is a cul-de-sac and leads exclusively to the adjoining houses. Above the town you have a fantastic, breathtaking view over the town and, of course, the sea and the bay of Rosas as far as Ampuriabrava, La Escala and the fishing and yachthafen. The view goes to the right over the Pyrenees with the Sierra Cadi (about 3000 m high), which is snow-covered in spring, autumn and winter. It is particularly impressive to see the sea and the breathtaking lights of the fishing boats, the villages of the Bay of Roses and the town of Figueras.
The apartment contains everything necessary for living up to 4 persons. To the apartment belong two own, wind sheltered terraces (no community terraces).
It is a modern and well-equipped apartment to an unbeatable value for the region and the place.
Winter stay is possible, as the apartment is suitable. Price on request.
The Internet connection (wireless LAN, WiFi) is provided by a third party (W-LAN network) and is only released if necessary. Only then do use fees apply.

logement correspondant au descriptifs. Vue superbe sur la mer et la montagne, cependant accès difficile pour descendre à la maison il y a des escaliers, et pour aller en centre ville à descendre ça va mais par contre pour remonter au logement il faut remonter la montagne.

le logement est bien agencé pour deux, le nécessaire est bien présent. la télé est en allemand et les notices aussi...pas facile si on ne parle pas cette langue.
et attention: l’électricité est a rajouter a la fin du séjour: stipulé nulle part.
mais tout de même c'est un tes beau produit......a refaire sans probleme.
