I offer a studio cabin that can accommodate 4 people, on the first floor with elevator located in a beautiful tree-lined and friendly residence with a swimming pool open from June (presence of a lifeguard in summer).
A secure private parking space is available during your stay. Presqu'île 2 is a residence ideally located 2 steps from the marina. The first beach is 200 m, and the chalet beach is 1 km away. You are in the immediate vicinity of all shops on foot (bakery, press, caterer, food, tobacco, bar, seaside restaurants, entertainment, concerts, night markets and summer festivities.
For your moments of relaxation alone, as a couple, with family, or with friends, the rental is only 1 km from the playful Balneo center of Gruissan, a perfect equation for disconnecting and recharging your batteries during an intense moment for the body and spirit, taste the wine of PIERRE RICHARD on an improvised counter, and create friendships around real values.

Nous sommes arrivés à 9 heures du matin ( au lieu de 11 heures du matin) et nous avons été accueillis par la concierge et son magnifique sourire .
Appartement très propres ,très bien décorés et avec tout le nécessaire dès votre arrivée .
Nous nous trouvions a 100 m de la piscine très propre et bien surveillee .
Je recommande vraiment Gruissan pour sa tranquillité et la proximité des commerces !!
On peut tout faire à pied !!!
Au diable la voiture !!!
Nous y retournerons très certainement l année prochaine...

Très bon séjour. Appartement très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied (port, plage, commerces, laverie...) S'il y avait un petit inconvénient un peu bruyant la nuit surtout quand on dort les fenêtres ouvertes) la communication avec la propriétaire et la concierge au top. Le plus la piscine surveillée par un maître nageur. Je recommande vivement, une adresse à garder 😜

A mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par madame URENA , la concierge qui a été top. Elle s'est montrée disponible tout au long du séjour. Madame ROBERT, la propriétaire, a eu des petites attentions très appréciables : boissons fraiches dans le réfrigérateur à mon arrivée, nouveau ventilateur, petit message à la fin du séjour pour savoir si tout s'était bien passé.
L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité du port rive gauche, de ses commerces et de ses animations mais aussi de la plage. Le petit bémol est que cette proximité amène aussi beaucoup de bruit tard le soir. J'ai résolu ce problème grâce à l'efficace double vitrage, une fois la baie vitrée fermée, je n'entendais quasi plus rien.
