About this house rental
The pleasant little holiday home for single use with idyllic ingrown private garden is in an excellent location, not far from the old town center and 600 from the beach in the well-known bathing and holiday resort of Medulin in Istria. The provincial capital Pula with the well-known Roman amphitheater is only 10 km away. The nearest beach is only 600m away.
The only one-storey house can be entered from the garden via just 2 steps and is therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. In the intimate and quiet garden, an outdoor grill and plenty of shade, but also sunny spots invite you to relax. There is also an outdoor shower and a 3 car parking space.
The house offers enough space for 4-5 people. There are 2 separate bedrooms and a sofa bed for 1 additional person in the living area. The house also offers a covered terrace (veranda) to the garden as a buffer zone. Satellite TV and air conditioning are available.
The existing washing machine is also worth mentioning.

We spent about two weeks in Medulin in summer 2024. The check-in was very easy... just contact the vendor (Diana) by phone, she lives with her family just around the corner. She and her parents are super nice and helpful. The appartment itself is as describedand well equipped. It's well situated within Medulin, but at the same time very quiet. The air-conditioning makes a huge difference in the summer 👍.

Alles war genau so, wie auf den Fotos! Die Schlüsselübergabe hat ohne Probleme funktioniert! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Am schönsten aber ist der schöne, ruhige Garten! Auch die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Weit genug vom Trubel weg, aber alles ist fussläufig prima zu erreichen. Unser Urlaub war sehr entspannt.
