About this villa rental
Quietly, with stunning views of Cape Canaille, the Bagnol villa enjoys all modern comforts for a summer holiday with family or friends.
Ideally located on the heights of Cassis, 15 minutes walk from the village, its small port, its shops, restaurants, beach and its creeks,

The villa of 240 sqm consists of various separate living areas boasting a fluidity of movement between them.
The 5 bedrooms are spacious 16 to 25 m². They are air conditioned.
On the ground floor, the entrance leads the main room with a reception area, a TV area, a fully equipped kitchen and living / dining room. These rooms have direct access to the garden through large windows.
Southwest side, a bedroom with shower room (No. 1 bed 160 cm) allows direct access to the garden. East side is a children's area with 3 bedrooms (2 & 3 bed 140 cm and 4 with bed 160 cm).
Upstairs is the air conditioned master bedroom with sea view (No. 5 - 180 cm bed) with its bathroom and separate toilet dressing on.
Garden 2 500 m² not enclosed with a large semi-covered terrace, dining room with barbecue and gas plancha.
Pool 10 x 5 meters secured by an electric shutter.
Pool house with kitchen, barbecue and pizza oven. Petanque.
