Cottage on the Lauwersmeer Lauwersmeer directly in the marina on a small headland in a quiet location with good fully equipped for 4 people!

Living room: 2 + 3 seater sofa, stool / footstool, glass cabinet, satellite TV + DVD player, radio, laminate flooring, entrance / exit
Bedroom: double bed (180 x 200 cm), wardrobe with plenty of storage space, electric heating, wardrobe for garden furniture

We hebben hier mooi gezeten. Het huisje is mooi ingericht en netjes. Op de TV kun je ook inloggen op je Youtube & Netflix account.
Wifi is vaak minder, ondanks de Wifi-versterker die ze in huis hebben. Wij hebben vaak onze telefoons als hotspot moeten gebruiken voor een redelijk internetontvangst, wat weer voor extra kosten kan zorgen.
De omgeving is stil en rustig. Voor de hardlopers onder ons; je kunt hier heerlijk kilometers maken door de weilanden. Een mooi gebied om doorheen te gaan.
Een aantal steden zijn dichtbij; Dokkum, Leeuwarden, Groningen, Drachten en je kunt naar de Waddeneilanden.
Omdat de eigenaars Duits zijn, staat alles in het huisje in het Duits aangegeven. Dat is te begrijpen, maar het huisje bevindt zich in Nederland. Het zou handig zijn als het ook in het Nederlands zou aangegeven staan. Bv een uitleg hoe de wasmachine werkt.
Ook kunnen de borg/schoonmaakkosten beter worden aangegeven. Deze staan helemaal op de site als laatste aangegeven en je kunt er zo overheen lezen, zoals wij deden.
Bij aankomst moesten we voor ons idee opeens even €150 betalen voor de borg waarvan we, bij het uitchecken, €60 terug kregen. Het zou handig zijn als deze kosten ook digitaal betaald kunnen worden en meteen in 1 complete kostenlijst worden aangegeven; kosten huur/borg etc.
Al met al was het prima en hebben we een mooie tijd gehad!
Dit huisje kunnen we van harte aanbevelen!

Mooi en goed onderhouden huisje in een afgesloten tuin. Zeer goed uitgerust qua benodigdheden en meubels. Sfeervol ingericht.

Das Haus war wunderbar. Es fehlte an nichts. Die SchlüsselÜbergabe und der Empfang waren in Ordnung. Man hatte den Eindruck nicht besonders willkommen zu sein. Sehr reserviert. Verwundert waren wir über die stay Tax und die kurtaxe. Ich dachte es wäre das gleiche. Sonst alles ok. Eigentümer war sehr nett
