CASA DA VIÑA (Nogueira de Ramuín- Ourense) in the Ribeira Sacra

Located in the village of Casdosteo, La Viña, family vineyard, formerly used as a school for the inhabitants of the hamlet and surroundings. An ideal place to stay with family or friends and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of nature, idyllic rural surroundings with fantastic views, gastronomy and Galician culture. Beautiful hillsides covered with vineyards, chestnut, oak trees and small villages.
In Casa da Viña the rustic essence has been preserved in its ceilings, exposed beams, wooden floors, doors and shutters. It was built on top of the small winery of the finca.
It consists of two double rooms with twin beds covered with 100% cotton duvets. Each bedroom has an en suite "wet room" featuring rain style showers, resin and stainless steel sinks.
Open plan accommodation, with spectacular views for the living, dining and kitchen area. Comprising TEKA’s oven, microwave, pizza oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker and complete kitchenware. If you want to participate in the preparation of a delicious meal, settle on the island with an appetizer or two, and then, sit down in the dining table to enjoy that freshly cooked food.
The rooms and living / kitchen area have air conditioning / heat pump, as well as heaters in the "wet rooms". TV (optional), Sound Dock Bose in the living room and Wi-Fi access.
Safety is adamant in Casa da Viña smoke, gas, CO detectors and fire extinguisher are installed.
In addition, there is a separate laundry room that includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and "mud room" for after a busy day exploring those walks along the paths that surround us.
Outside you have a porch with spectacular views over the slopes of the river Miño for al fresco dining and barbecues with a table for six, other armchairs or loungers.
A BBQ covered area and garden.
The towels and linen service are 100% cotton and are included in the price.
You can park directly on the property. No smoking inside the house. Pets (please contact)

Situada en la aldea de Casdosteo, finca La Viña, viñedo familiar, antiguamente se utilizó como escuela para los habitantes de la aldea y alrededores. Un lugar idóneo para alojarse en familia o con amigos y disfrutar de la tranquilidad en plena naturaleza, de unas vistas fantásticas, gastronomía y cultura gallega. Rodeada por preciosas laderas cubiertas de viñedos, castaños, robles y pequeñas aldeas.
En Casa da Viña se ha conservado la esencia rústica en sus techos, suelos, puertas y contraventanas. Fue construida encima de la pequeña Bodega de la finca.
Consta de dos habitaciones dobles con camas twin cubiertas con nórdicos de algodón 100% cada una con baño “wet room” en suite incluyendo duchas estilo lluvia, lavabos de resina y acero inoxidable.
Una amplia estancia para descansar, con espectaculares vistas y cocina integrada. Esta incorpora horno, microondas, horno para pizza, nevera, lavavajillas TEKA, cocina de gas y menaje completo de cocina. Si quieren participar en la preparación de una deliciosa comida acomodarse en la isla, con un aperitivo o dos, y otra zona, para sentarse a disfrutar de esa comida recién hecha.
Las habitaciones y zona de estar /cocina cuentan con aire acondicionado/bomba de calor, lo mismo que calefactores en los ¨wet rooms¨. Tv (opcional), SoundDock Bose en la estancia de estar y acceso a wifi.
Aparte se encuentra la lavandería que incluye lavadora, secadora, plancha y “mud room” para después de esas caminatas por los senderos que nos rodean.
Fuera tiene un porche con espectaculares vistas sobre las laderas del rio Miño para cenar al fresco y barbacoas con una mesa para seis, otros sillones o tumbonas siesta.

La Seguridad es muy importante en Casa da Viña, se han instalado detectores de humo, gas y CO., lo mismo que un extintor.

This is a rare experience, to look out of a huge picture window at the beauties of the Ribeira Sacra. We watched wonderful sunsets and cinematic storms! The house sits high in incredible countryside. There are few houses here, and we have rarely experienced such peace. It was in easy reach of great walks and visits.
We were welcomed warmly by Pilar, with our every need attended to. We were given fresh herbs, lemons, eggs and more from her lovely garden.
Do not miss staying here!

Es un alojamiento diferente. El lugar es precioso, la casa es cómoda, las vistas espectaculares. Pilar es muy atenta y ha montado la casa con gusto y detalles de mucha calidad.

La casa está reformada y decorada con mucho gusto, las vistas desde el salón y el porche son increíbles y tiene una barbacoa con jardín. Atención y trato inmejorable y aunque cuesta un poco acceder a la casa, la ubicación es muy buena ya que está cerca de Ourense. Recomendable 100%
