About this house rental
The exclusive holiday bungalow Seestern is equipped for 4 people and was completely renovated in 2014/2015.
The house has its own property and convinces with its feel-good atmosphere. The quietly located house is located in a cul-de-sac just a few minutes' walk from the “Ocean Wave”. The beach and shops as well as the bakery can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
The prices include all additional costs (final cleaning, electricity, water, heating, sales tax.)
City tax is not included in the price.
The price is valid for an occupancy of max. 2 adults and 2 children.
The following services can also be booked as an option:
Bed linen package: 8.00 Euro / person for the stay
Towel package: 4.00 euros / person for the stay
Payments on site not possible, arrival and departure day is Saturday - exceptions by arrangement (not during the holidays)
The arrival and departure days count together as one rental day.
The house is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, please leave the house by 10 a.m.
Pets are not allowed.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben.

Insgesamt ruhige Lage in Wohngebiet mit Wendehammer, der Bungalow ist für 2 Familien gebaut. An 2 Tagen (auch am Feiertag) wurde in dem vorderen Teil gewerkelt und gehämmert, was die Erholung etwas beeinträchtigte. Schöne, windgeschützte Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist modern, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Couch ist aus Leder, daher sehr kühl und auch zu niedrig, um wirklich bequem zu sitzen. Fussläufig zum Meer (Deich) bzw. Norddeich Zentrum gute halbe Stunde rechnen, wenn man -wie wir - beim Gehen etwas eingeschränkt ist. Netto Filiale am Besten mit dem Auto bzw. Fahrrad anfahren, weitere größere Geschäfte nur in Norden. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit Allem.
