About this apartment rental
Location is key! This is a family rental unit directly on the boardwalk and 19th. Guests love the location at 19th street and boardwalk. Steps to the beach. Free Wifi added!
Please do not request a stay if you are a group of friends. No high school or college groups - family rental only.
Sleeps eight. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, living room & big front porch with full ocean view. You must bring your own bed linens and paper products. Cleaning products are in the condo for the kitchen and bathroom.
You must clean the condo upon leaving. Guests must clean for the following renters since we do not have a cleaning service. This is a private family owned condo, so we take great care to keep it clean each year.
Please note, VRBO is not collecting the required county room tax of 5%, only the 6% for State. We currently have to add this manually for each booking request as an admin fee
No smoking, pets or unaccompanied minors allowed.
Condo rules will not allow rental to college or high school students.
Keys will be mailed after final payment 1 - 2 weeks before your stay. Contact me with questions about available weeks, possible long weekends, prices in the off season, cleaning, etc....
We do not rent to high school students - families only.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, we came to OC for the Country Calling festival. We liked that the condo was away from the chaos and we slept well. Beautiful ocean view!!

Great location, a short walk to the shops on the boardwalk, yet just far away enough from the hustle and bustle to completely relax. A great place to stay!
