Love the pool and the house was nice few mina issues with the toilet running and the neighbors across the way with loud music.But other that the minute we called, they were out.

We had one issue was a neighbor's catdy corner in the big black outside fenced area.Hispanics, partying from eight a m all the way to late in the evening. Very, very loud music, very drunk and very loud. I did try to knock on the door but they couldn't hear me do to the music.To ask them to turn it down. But that has nothing to do with this house. The only issue we had.There's no one on the weekends to ask.If you could check in early, we checked in right at four o'clock.And they do not send you the information until five minutes till check in. We wished we could got in there about two or three o'clock, but that's the rules that's the rules. We absolutely love the house loved location. Fantastic house we will rent from you guys again.

Nothing not to like

The house was amazing, great location for everything in orlando. 30mins from Disney, 40 mins from universal. House had everything we needed and we didn't want to leave!

Only negatives were pool light was broken, ants in the back yard sometimes but not the properties fault. Dishwasher didn't seem to work properly but hand washing was no problem.

Location was reasonably close to Disney properties. Major appliances were newer. Bed in master was comfortable

Limited supplies for dishwasher, and paper supplies. Pool needed to be cleaned. Pool needs a handrail to get in and out of the pool. House needed up dating. small appliances didn't work well. Twin Beds need to be replaced. Tub in main bathroom was very slippery, needs bathmat.
