The apartment was big and cosy, the kitchen is fine and the view was great.
The staff were very rude, first we learned there is no WiFi, then the staff also informed us that the towels were extra cost although this wasn't mentioned before.
After all of this they even had the audacity to ask us to leave at 10 when the checkout was supposed to be at 12 because they said "the guests are already coming at 10". When we asked them to hold our luggage to exit early they didn't even check with the property owners if there is a luggage room.

-localisation,
-view,
-cleanliness,
-room was bigger than expected,
-the furniture is old, but very well maintained and fits together, introducing the atmosphere of the 80s.
-it is not very easy to pick up and return the keys,
-the mechanical ventilation runs constantly, and there is no way to turn it off – it makes noise,
-there are a lot of items in the kitchen, like pans and colanders, but there is no kettle to make tea or coffee,
-you will be charged an additional 15€ for linen and towels (unless you bring your own). This can ruin the experience, maybe it would be better to include this 15€ in the room price?

Must say - location, location, location. The slope is literally right next to the "hotel", and you can ride to the A and B lifts (so direct connection to Plan Maison). And you can ski/snowboard back to the hotel in the evening. That is awesome.
You get a parking space in front of the building.
Price is good.
The location :) - it's far from the "Village", if that what you seek.
Although the communication with the host via booking.com messages was quick and worked well, then onsite grounds caretaker was an Italian-only speaking gentleman, which made some things difficult and awkward.
The whole complex seems to have been built around 80s, and looks like it's never seen renovation.
The sofa bed needs to be replaced - supposedly sleeps 2 people. In fact - one guy fell through the bottom in the night, as the boards below mattress just bent through and fell out.
For us northeners - it's never a good thing, when you arrive onsite and need to call a local number and find someone who can get you the keys - so, arrival information could be clearer.

the apartment is very cosy and warm, beds were comfy and had a balcony too which was amazing to look over the mountains
this property is at the BASE CAMP APARTMENTS. we arrived late at night and found it extremely difficult to find as the address given was incorrect which was a little frustrating. this apartment does not have a kettle or toaster

The accomodation we had is cute: a room with a balcony over the mountains and a glass door - even in the bad weather you can sit in the room with a cup of coffee and watch the surroundings. The room is large enough for 3 people. The kitchen was small but equipped with everything we needed. Nice bathroom with beautiful tiles and very clean. It was warm and cosy in the room and we had feather blankets provided by the host.
There is a little shop, ski rental and two restaurants 3 min walk from the building - they are opened till quite late. 15 min walk downhill there is the Cervinia downtown with more restaurants, ski rentals and shops. You see the Cervino/Matterhorn from the road.
In the buildings basement there is a box for skies so you do not have to keep them in the room.
It is a bit too empty in this building - I think the owners could make the area more attended - there is no one in the reception of this large building and looks ghosty
