Cozy Studio!

Location!

We could hear the next-door neighbors TV like it was in our own room.

We were so impressed by how well-maintained and clean everything was. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

This is a great little studio apartment at a convenient location. Everything was clean, modern, and well maintained. Complete kitchen and a washer and dryer. Fast, reliable wifi. I was able to easily walk a few blocks to the college for my event and not have to fight for a parking space. Communication was excellent. There is a single parking space for the unit right next to the entrance. Note that GPS will take you to the front of the building, but the parking and entrance are accessed from Angelina Ln behind the address, which is a one way street going south.

It had everything you could need in the room, bed was comfortable, shower was phenomenal, very clean and extra stuff if you ran out of something. The owner was very polite and understanding when I got check out time wrong and was able to accommodate my stay an extra 2 days . Same price if not cheaper than hotel stay and way way better.

It was hard to find initially and was sent to the neighbor's address on the app which was a bit embarrassing. Also had to check everydoor before I found mine cause there was no Pic of outside to go by. But loved the place !!!
