About this apartment rental
Three bedroom apartment set in the popular residential area of "Bellresguard" in Puerto Pollensa. This first floor apartment has access to a large swimming pool with lovely communal gardens within a gated development.
Sleeps 5 people. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite, the 2nd bedroom has two single beds (that can be made into a double), the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed plus a shower room and toilet. A travel cot, high chair and bed guard can be provided if required.
The open plan sitting and dining room has views out onto the balcony and mountains beyond and on the other side the communal pool. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a utility room with washing machine.
The pine walk and restaurants are a short walk away and there is a popular well stocked supermarket/cafe/bakery 100m from apartment.
Two minutes walk to the beach front and a 10 minute stroll to the port centre.
The fully furnished apartment has air conditioning, heating and WiFi. All bed linen and plus bath and swimming towels are provided to allow you to enjoy your stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in this apartment. Well equipped with modern facilities we had everything we needed (wifi would be the only addition) and breakfast on the balcony in the mornings was a great way to start the day. Very convenient location meant we could easily walk to the beach and into Porto Pollensa for restaurants and nightlife. Communal pool was an easy alternative to the beach and the handy local store and cafe solved all shopping and eating needs. Local community had a fun and relaxed vibe. Thoroughly recommend - we would love to come back!

Lovely apartment in a great location, we had a fantastic holiday and are already talking about going back next year. Catherine has thought of lots of things to make life easier - beach towels, a hairdryer that's actually powerful enough to dry hair, dishwasher and washing machine capsules and a well equipped kitchen. The balcony is a good size and overlooks the mountains, which meant that it was more peaceful than those facing the pool during the daytime, and at night time we had lovely views of the sun setting. The pool was perfect for my 4 and 6 year old children, it did get very busy at times, but this is to be expected at the height of the school holidays. The apartment is a two minute walk to the beach, and a lovely stroll along the pine walk takes you to the restaurants and church square. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i den skønne feriebolig, med kort afstand til stranden og restauranter.
Det skønne poolområde var meget velholdt og hyggeligt .
Dejlig stor pool.
