Through a large sliding door, you enter the comfortable living area with an exclusive tiled stove (heating available) and the other functionally furnished rooms. Easy to maintain thanks to marble and tiled floors, all on one level. Washing machine available. Lockable parking space for your car. Relax undisturbed in the small garden.
Explore the charming landscape on foot, by bike, or by car. Swim in the lake with its clear and clean water (there is even a sandy beach) and visit the Borromean Islands. Switzerland is only a few kilometers away, Lugano about 20 km, and Milan around 80 km away.
Those who enjoy outlet shopping will find, for example, the large Foxtown outlet in Mendrisio (Switzerland, south of Lugano) or the world-famous company Alessi in I-28887 Crusinallo di Omegna (www.alessi.com

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage, mit Blick von Terrasse
auf den Lago Maggiore. Im Ferienhaus alles vorhanden
was man so braucht. Küche etwas klein, aber alles drin.
Für uns 2 Personen mit Hund ausreichend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und jeden Tag die phantastische Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore genossen. Sehr komfortabel war auch die Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine.

Dieses Ferienhaus muss man einfach weiterempfehlen...
Der Fensterausblick wäre eine tolle Fototapete, ist aber real und einfach überwältigend, unterstützt wird dieser Eindruck noch vom gläsernen und somit nahezu unsichtbaren Balkonabschluss (vielleicht nachteilig für Menschen mit Höhenangst...).
Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt, geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet...
Der letzte Mieter meint mit "abgewohnt" evtl. lockere Eck- bzw. Fußleisten in der Küche oder das Parkplatztor, dem ein neuer Anstrich gut täte, also nur Kleinigkeiten.
Der Vermieterkontakt ist problemlos, schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen, die Infoblätter vorab sind sehr umfangreich.
Das Seewasser ist klar und sauber, wegen der Kiesstrände sind besonders für empfindliche Fußsohlen Schwimmschuhe zu empfehlen.
Ansonsten bekommt dieses Objekt von uns die volle Punkt- bzw. Sternzahl!

Im Haus ist alles, was man braucht, teilweise neu aber auch schon abgewohnt. Die Aussicht ist das Highlight. Netter Vermieter.
Wlan sollte nachgerüstet werden, uns Deutsche gibt man leider nicht soviel Datenvolumen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, ebike tauglich. Zwischen 14.30 Uhr und 18.30 Uhr sollte man keinen Hunger verspüren, alle Restaurants sind geschlossen.
