About this house rental
Tossens is located on the green peninsula of Butjadingen in the so-called Dreiwasserland between the North Sea, the Weser and the Jade.
The holiday home 'Bi'n Blanken Hansen' is a row house right behind the dike and at the end of a quiet side street.
Beach, restaurants, snacks (delicious fish rolls!) Bicycle rental, bakery and the fun pool of a center park are within a 10-minute walk.
The house is a non-smoking house and is designed for 4 people. Pets are not allowed.
On the ground floor are the living room with exit to the terrace and garden, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room is equipped with TV (flat screen), DVD, stereo and a dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is compact but complete with 2 ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms for a total of 4 people and a loggia (glazed balcony). There is a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the second.
A parking space is in front of the house.
The house is not suitable for the disabled.

Das Reihenhaus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat trotzdem seinen Charme. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, zum Strand ist man sehr schnell zu Fuß und Restaurants und Geschäfte liegen auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, allerdings könnten die Matratzen Mal ausgetauscht werden und das Doppelbett ist mit 1,40m schon Recht klein für 2 Erwachsene. Desweiteren verfügt das Haus über ein kleine funktionale Küche und ein sehr kleines Bad , welches fast schon beengt ist. Alles zusammen ist das Haus für einen kurz Urlaub ausreichend.

Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen, ruhigen Seitenstraße fast direkt am Deich. Bis auf den Supermarkt ist alles schnell und fußläufig zu erreichen, was super ist, wenn man sein Auto im Urlaub stehen lassen möchte. Viel zu bieten hat der Ort jedoch nicht. Nette kleine Geschäfte zum Stöbern und Flanieren sucht man vergebens.
Es handelt sich um das zweite eines 10-fachen Reihenhauses. Wir hatten Glück, dass kaum ein anderes Haus besetzt war, so war es schön ruhig, auch im Garten.
An sich ist soweit alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Allerdings ist das Haus sehr klein und wenn man etwas beleibter ist, sollte man lieber eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Sowohl das Bad, als auch die Küche, das Elternbett und die Terrasse sind sehr beengt.
Ein Kriterium für uns war das Vorhandensein eines Babybettes und Hochstuhl. Dies war auch vorhanden und absolut in Ordnung.
Insgesamt könnte es im Haus sauberer sein. Bei unsere Ankunft waren noch etliche Spinnenweben im Haus.
Wir hätten uns auch über eine vorab durchgeführte Grünpflege gefreut. Der Weg in den Garten war durch einen wuchernden Busch sehr eng und auch der Rasen war sehr hoch gewachsen. Insgesamte machte die Unterkunft leider einen ungepflegten Eindruck.
Der Kontakt zu der Verwaltung und zu dem Vermieter war jedoch sehr freundlich.
Da uns jedoch ein schöner Sandstrand fehlte, den es in Tossens und der Umgebung einfach nicht gibt, und anderer persönlicher Gründe sind wir bereits zwei Tage eher abgereist und werden vorraussichtlich auch nicht wieder kommen.
