Spacious 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with large wrap around roof terrace, overlooking pool and gardens.
Both bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes and sliding doors onto terrace. One bedroom has a king size bed with two separate single mattresses and the other has 2 single beds.
The lounge has two sofas (one is a double sofa bed) and a dining table and cable TV, DVD player and wifi. There is an additional wc adjacent to the lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster Nespresso machine and kettle. There is air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms.
The terrace has a BBQ and dining table as well as sun chairs and sofa. Access to the pool and sun beds is included. Wifi has been upgraded in the apartment to enable effective downloading/ streaming. Secure parking is available in car park (barrier controlled) and there is an allocated parking space in the underground garage. The property is located on the 2nd floor and access is via stairs or modern lift system.

Very nice owners and a very cozy apartment. The only thing that went wrong was the fact that due to the covid-19 pandemic we weren’t able to have a cleanup in the middle of the weeks (which is completely understandable).

The apartment is excellent, with 2 bedrooms both en-suite plus a social toilet, very spacious and has all the facilities and appliances one expects a modern apartment to have. The terrace is huge and safe, which is great for children to play and for bbq’s, and has nice views as well (including partial sea view). The pool of the development is a nice to have as well, although the apartment is a short walk from the sea front. And last but not the least, both Paul and Bev who manage the flat were excellent hosts, allways available (thank you!). The only few things I would recomend is a review of the ac of the living room (worked fine, but we thought it wasn’t as cold as it could and ahould be), cleaning products for the dishes and floors (we didn’t ask neither, tbh) and a coffee machine ;). We deffinitely recommend and probably return!
