"Alquería de Gítar" is a beautiful, exclusive, very spacious, and peaceful country villa in the Andalusian style. The 700 m² single-story building is situated on a large plot in the mountains within the magnificent setting of Félix, just 10 km from the coast and overlooking the sea.


It’s an ideal place to host any event with plenty of charm (it features a kitchen and a separate workspace for catering) or for large groups wishing to spend a few days with family or friends in a private home, in a peaceful and beautiful natural setting, with all the comforts and at a very attractive price.


Registered as a Rural Tourist Accommodation (VTAR / AL / 00208). It is rented as a whole (not by individual rooms) and has a standard capacity of 16 people, distributed among 6 large bedrooms. With the use of extra beds, it can comfortably accommodate up to 22 people with plenty of space and total comfort. There is the option to use another room as an additional bedroom. In total, there are 5 full bathrooms.


It is a 10-minute drive from the beaches and recreational areas of Aguadulce and about 20 minutes from the city of Almería. It is 5 minutes from the golf course and the “La Send” wellness center with spa.


The property is priced at €380 per night year-round for up to 16 people. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required (3 nights during school breaks and long weekends). On weekends, check-in is on Friday starting at 1:00 PM, and check-out is on Sunday at the guest’s preferred time. Firewood is included. A week’s stay costs €1,790 (33% discount). Conditions may vary on special dates or for events. Additional guests (ages 16 and up, up to a maximum of 22 people) are charged an extra 12 euros per person per night. These prices do not include HomeAway’s service fees.

- A 300-SQUARE-METER MAIN HOUSE WITH 4 LARGE BEDROOMS, all with air conditioning/heat pump: 1 suite measuring 28 square meters (with TV and double bed), 1 bedroom measuring 17 square meters (with TV and double bed), 1 bedroom of 16 m² (with a double bed), 1 bedroom of 25 m² (with a double bed and 4 single beds), 3 BATHROOMS (one master bathroom of 14 m²), A LARGE LIVING ROOM of 100 m² (with two fireplaces, a bar counter with a bottle-cooling refrigerator, a professional foosball table, a 50-inch digital TV with a home theater system and stereo, and tables, chairs, and sofas for all guests), A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN of 25 m² (with a dishwasher and a very large gas oven) and A HALLWAY of 20 m² that can serve as an extra bedroom.

- TWO SEPARATE BEDROOMS, EACH 25 M2, with a bathroom and a double bed.

- A 40-square-meter MULTIPURPOSE ROOM, which can be used as a game room or workshop, for cooking during events, or even as a bedroom by adding extra beds as needed.

- A 40-square-meter sunroom with beautiful views of the sea and mountains, furnished with tables and sofas.

- A HUGE, PAINTED 250 M2 INDOOR PATIO, landscaped, with a barbecue and gazebo.

- ANOTHER 100 M2 INDOOR PATIO.

- 1 SEPARATE LAUNDRY ROOM.

In addition to these rooms, the villa features a landscaped 1,000 m² parking area and is completely surrounded by nature. There is a ping-pong table, Wi-Fi, a library, a video library, a collection of board games, and a gourmet minibar.
