For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (12 x 7 m, depth 190 - 30 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (extra), children's playground. In the house: lift. Roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, bar 100 m, bus stop "Campello" 100 m, railway station "Campello" 500 m, sandy beach 300 m, shingle beach 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Ideelt for børnefamilien. Skøn stor lejlighed med alt hvad man behøver - dog med undtagelse af aircondition, hvilket godt kunne bruges på de varmeste sommernætter. Alt på området er rent og flot! Imponerende vue der nydes fra terrassen og det ene soveværelse. Ingen turister, fred og ro. Stranden el campello 5 minutter til fods er stor, vidunderlig og ikke-turistet. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen!

Would not choose this location because we don't really like the high- rise properties, but we were visiting our family who are living here ar the moment.

- Vue magnifique
- Bonne situation géographique entre alicante et benidorm (tram pouvant vous amener aux 2 mais mieux si vous êtes motorisés)
- Tranquillité tant de la ville que de l'immeuble
Points négatifs :
- Nécessité d'être mieux isolé et remis au goût du jour
