The kitchen of our Baltic Sea refuge Seestraße in beautiful Scharbeutz is equipped with high-quality Miele appliances and offers you every conceivable comfort. The kitchen island and the directly adjacent dining table invite you to socialize, so that cooking on your vacation also becomes relaxation. Spoil yourself and your loved ones with culinary delights or just enjoy an aperitif on the beautiful roof terrace before exploring the numerous restaurants in the heart of Scharbeutz - the choice is yours.
The spacious, over 50 sqm roof terrace invites you to relax with its south-west orientation. It has high-quality lounge furniture, a beach chair and a dining table. Two large sliding doors lead to the large roof terrace from both the kitchen and the living room. The Mediterranean planting gives you the feeling of being right on the beach.
In our penthouse apartment, two bright bedrooms await you, which are equipped with spacious, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, so that all your luggage can be stowed away properly and you feel right at home. A modern flat screen television provides for easy entertainment before bedtime.
The 1.80m wide box spring beds are also equipped with a topper to offer you the best possible sleeping comfort. There are also various pillows to choose from.
The bedrooms of your luxury holiday apartment in Scharbeutz are made for a relaxed breakfast. Or you can enjoy breakfast on our "breakfast balcony". With its eastward orientation, you can enjoy the sunrise and a view of the Baltic Sea from here.
Both bedrooms have a full bathroom. In one of the two bathrooms there is a small storage room where you can store your suitcases during your stay. You will also find a washer and dryer here. You can also experience your private wellness program in your own sauna in this bathroom.
In the sauna specially made by Klafs for this apartment, you can choose between sauna and sanarium (the gentle, circulation-friendly sauna) with relaxation music and aroma therapy. If you want, cozy bathrobes are ready for you.
Our penthouse apartment is located in the old center of Scharbeutz, about 700m from the beach. During the day you can enjoy the lively beach life and in the evening you can enjoy your sundowner on the roof terrace.
The apartment is furnished in a high 5 * standard. Bed linen and towels are a matter of course for us.

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Am besten hat uns die große Dachterasse gefallen. Der Strand ist gut zu erreichen und Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Auto steht gut in der Tiefgarage, wir haben es kaum gebraucht.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich perfekt in jedem funktionalen und ästhetischen Detail. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Bescheibung des Objektes entspricht zur 100% der Realität. Alle beschrieben Annehmlichkeiten findet man vor Ort genauso wieder. Die Ausstattung ist auf 5* Niveau und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Objektest ist optimal, die Wohung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und dennoch erreicht man das Zentrum in nur wenigen Gehminuten.
Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel 2021/2022 für 5 Tage dort und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Ebenfalls sehr nett, zuvorkommend und freundlich war die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe durch Frau W.
Was noch positiv zu erwähnen bleibt, ist die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern des Objektes. Auch hier Top!
