Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Lakeside of Hwy. 95 between Acoma Blvd. and Oro Grande Blvd. Less than one mile to the newer Basha's grocery store and minutes to the new Riviera launch ramp. Single car garage available (during the winter not during the summer) as well as RV parking along the side of the house. Non smoking and no pets please.

Beautiful home in a very friendly welcoming neighborhood. Great walking and hiking right out the front door! Spacious patio for outdoor dining. Shopping within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our winter get away!

Ed and Kathy were great to deal with. The home is very comfortable and we'll maintained. Very well stocked with towels and linens. Probably one of the best deals in Havasu. We will definitely rent again.

Enjoyed our stay at Ed & Kathy's Lake Home very much...they are great people to deal with! Location was ideal, quiet and only steps away from walking trails in the hills. Hopefully we will be able to stay again next winter!
