Un petit paradis, niché dans les collines avec vue imprenable sur les monts Ardéchois. Le gite est agencé avec gout, la petite piscine permets de rester au frais, et l’emplacement dans un hameau sur les hauteurs de Chassiers est une très bonne base pour découvrir le sud Ardeche. Très agréable séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 12 jours. La maison est plein de charme et très agréable à vivre avec ses nombreuses terrasses et un point de vue extraordinaire sans aucun vis à vis. On est un peu loin de tout mais c'est justement ce qu'on recherchait : de la nature et de l'authenticité. Ce premier séjour en Ardèche nous a comblés ainsi que nos amis et nos grands enfants.

Attention danger de tomber amoureux

A peine quelques minutes nous ont fallu pour tous tomber sous le charme de cette maison et de s'y sentir chez soi. La maison est propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour cuisiner, manger à l'ombre. Quelque soit le moment de la journée vous pourrez toujours trouver un coin d'ombre, un coin de fraîcheur. Et que dire du calme qui y règne. Il n'y a que le chant des grillons et le bruit du vent dans les feuillages des forêts alentours et vous. La région est splendide. Grottes, sports d'eau vive, balades, visites,... pourront combler toutes les envies. Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques en alternée de quelques baignades dans la piscine, certes pas immense, mais offrant un point de vue magnifique sur la vallée. Une adresse à retenir. Merci Geert d'avoir mis votre maison de vacances en location pour notre plus grand plaisir.

Das Haus bietet allen erdenklichen Komfort, ist in allen Bereichen sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung in allen Punkten . Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sind perfekt für entspannte Ferien. Der Pool ist toll zum Abkühlen. Wer gerne wandert: Es gibt mehrere Rundwanderwege, in die man direkt vom Haus aus "einsteigen" kann. Auf der gut beschatteten Terrasse kann man es den ganzen Tag gut aushalten und den phantastischen Weitblick bis hin zu den Felsen der Ardeché und die Stille genießen. Vermieter Geert und die Ansprechpartnerin Claire vor Ort sind sehr angenehm und bei Fragen sofort behilflich. Das Restaurant "Le Chêne Vert" in Rocher ist ein MUSS, tolle Küche + Service und ein Top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben die 3 Wochen in Geerts Haus sehr genossen und können es wärmstens empfehlen!

We hebben genoten van een zalige vakantie. Mooie, authentieke woning in een prachtige omgeving in klein gehucht. Largentière op 10 min met de wagen voor alle nodige boodschappen. Woning voorzien van alle gemakken (best wel goed te been zijn vanwege de vele trappen) met klein zwembad dat zorgt voor de nodige verkoeling (wij hadden 2e week alle dagen 36 °). Tal van mooie dorpjes te ontdekken in de omgeving en lekkere, kleinere restaurantjes met traditionele gerechten in de buurt. Het zicht op de prachtige omgeving gaat nooit vervelen. Wandeling naar de Vierge ook top, zeer mooi uitzicht!

niché dans les hauteurs du hameau de joux, une petite maison en pierre avec une véritable âme, nous a accueilli pour notre plus grand bonheur avec une vue à couper le souffle, une petite piscine pour se rafraîchir et des grillons intarisables ! à 15' du château de Largentières, nous recommandons sa troupe de théâtre, ses petits restaurants aux produits locaux qui réveillent les papilles, une descente en kayak famille très récréative, la grotte Chauvet, les Valgorges et ses nombreux points de baignades ! Somme toute un point de chute à recommander les yeux fermés pour découvrir une région pittoresque loin des vagues touristiques. merci !*

Vue exceptionnelle, maison avec beaucoup de charme. D'hanitude nous aimons rencontrer les propriétaires des lieux, pour connaître l'histoire de la maison. Oups ! Geert était absent mais nous l'avons eu au téléphone et il nous a recommandé de communiquer avec sa voisine la plus proche. Elle nous a conté l'histoire de ce hameau typique. À découvrir absolument ! Entrées par une chambre(parentale) ou au niveau de la grande terrasse. Chambres en rez de rue(mais très calme), pièces à vivre étage en-dessous , grande terrasse et buanderie étage en-dessous puis piscine et jardin. Un bémol: des moustiques le soir( moustiquaires aux fenêtres). Idéal pour le repos et point de départ pour visiter la région. Petits marchés presque tous les jours dans les villages environnants. 1ers commerces à 1/4d'heure en voiture. Excellent séjour familial.
