The approximately 45 square meters large loft has one bedroom with 2 beds and a wardrobe,
a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, dining table and satellite TV,
a bathroom with shower,
a kitchen (with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave)
and a hallway with cloakroom.

The apartment is located in Dusseldorf Angermund, the northernmost district of Düsseldorf, directly adjacent to Kaiserswerth with its peaceful old town on the Rhine, its diverse, high-quality catering establishments and historical buildings.
From Angermund from Messe Dusseldorf is 30 minutes by public transport in about. , By car in about 15 minutes. to reach.
From the station Angermund, the 5min walk from the apartment approx. is removed, the airport Dusseldorf directly in 5min. and the famous Altstadt Dusseldorf in about 25min. accessible.
The main stations of Duisburg, Essen, Mülheim, Bochum and Dortmund are connected by train directly Angermund.
All shops for daily needs are a maximum of 10 minutes. away.
The fairs in Cologne and Essen are 35 minutes by car in approx. to reach.
Angermund has on the A59 (B8n) direct or quick access to the A3, A44, A52, A57 and A524
For stays of 9 nights, a discount of 12%, from 28 nights will be granted a discount of 20% of the original daily rate.
For long-term bookings Special rates can be agreed.
The apartment is not wheelchair accessible (. 2 Floor, no elevator.)

On the day of arrival, the guests have to be at the apartement at 17.00.

The flat was clean and all the required things were in place for a good and comfortable overnight stay. The only thing we missed was the internet, because we had travelled for work. But if you are travelling for leisure and have your own internet connection, this flat is a decent place to stay.

Very quiet and nice village, very close to Dusseldorf downtown by a train every 20 min that took 15 minute. To reach the messe consider at least 40 min. The house is clean and spacious perfect for 3 people.
