About this villa rental
Very special land marked villa for an acquired taste, built approximately 1914 by the famous architect Henry van de Velde. It is near to forest and near the city of Hagen. Ample eat-in kitchen (24 sq) with fireplace, completely equipped. Large furnished patio (39 sq). Two of the four bedrooms are equipped with a wash-basin, one with a balcony. The house designed by Henry van de Velde has no rectangular or square rooms - you will find alcoves and jutties everywhere which are conveying and has a very special atmosphere to live in. It is ideal starting point for small expanded tours into the Ruhrgebiet or Sauerland at any time of the year. Hagen is called the 'gate to the Sauerland', a very green place and situated only a few kilometres away from the metropolises of the Ruhrgebiet like Essen, Oberhausen, Bochum and Dortmund. Vielen herzlichen Dank für ein wundervolles Wochenende in diesem hübschen Haus am Rande von Hagen.Das Ferienhaus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Es wurden alle vorhandenen Betten von uns genutzt. Sehr schön ist es, dass genügend Badezimmer/Toiletten zur Verfügung stehen, so dass man sich mit mehreren Personen nicht in die Quere kommt.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden Ihr Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

A unique architect designed house close to town and country in a very attractive location. Immaculately clean, spacious interior, three showers and two toilets. Beautiful terrace to enjoy in the sunshine. Welcoming and non intrusive owner, who runs the adjacent stunning flower nursery. Used as family accommodation for wedding in Dortmund. Good communications.

Vom ersten Moment an konnte der Kurzurlaub beginnen, da wir uns im Haus so gefühlt haben, wie zu Besuch bei guten Freunden: ob gemütliche Wohnküche, zwei schöne Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, schöne Bäder - das großzügige Raumangebot lässt keine Wünsche offen. So konnten wir in getrennten Bereichen Entspannen und Lernen ohne uns gegenseitig zu stören. Die tolle Terrasse ist ebenfalls ein Highlight und macht gute Laune und netten Kontakt zum Nachbarn.
Beim Gassigehen mit Hund kann man die wunderbare Aussicht auf die Stadt genießen oder durch den schönen Stadtpark streifen. Erholung pur und nette Vermieter - hier kann man es sich richtig gut gehn lassen!
