About this apartment rental
Embraced by the rustic Darßwald and lush meadows are our apartments in Prerow. The white sand beach is only a few minutes.
The residence of the residence Kormoran consists of 17 holiday homes - generously distributed on approx. 36. 000 square meters and is located in 18375 Ostseebad Prerow, green road 45 A-R.
The cottages are surrounded by Darßwald, meadows and detached houses. The access road leads to a dead end in the natural, unspoiled Darßwald. Recharge your batteries and enjoy the wonderful nature of the Baltic Sea directly in front of your apartment.
The newly landed sand from the sea on the northern beach is as fine as in the Caribbean and is only 15 minutes away. The houses are partially thatched, as is typical for the Baltic Sea region.
The apartments consist of two rooms of 54 sqm for two to four people or three room maisonette of 75 sqm for two to six people and are fully furnished.
You can receive Wi-Fi via a secure network in all apartments. Our service includes beds and towels.
For even more relaxation, our sauna provides. And in the complex there is a washing machine room with coin machines. And a bike rental also meets special requests.
There is a playground for the little ones, and a football field for the older children. A barbecue area is for everyone. Each apartment has a parking space and a lockable storage room for bicycles.
In our service office, you not only get your keys, but also more information, tips and advice for a perfect vacation.
For dogs, you pay 10 € per dog per night.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Manche Küchenutensilien waren kaputt und konnten aufgrund der geringen Bürozeiten nicht reklamiert werden, aber da wir eine weitere Ferienwohnung hatten, konnten wir uns behelfen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in der Hauptsaison ohne Saunaoption nicht ganz nach unserer Vorstellung. Aber sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Schöne Anlage, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Fußweg Strand 15 Min., Um die Ecke ein Reitstall, Fahrradverleih 5 Minuten entfernt. Nettes Verwaltungspersonal

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr praktisch ist der kleine Schuppen, um zB. die Fahrräder sicher abzustellen. Lediglich die Bettdecken und -Kissen sind in die Jahre gekommen ebenso Wie die Bettwäsche.
