Maison coquette et bien équipée.le véhicule sur place est pratique. Quelques précisions cependant à apporter aux futurs vacanciers:le propriétaire vient exprès du continent pour vous accueillir et effectuer un état des lieux précis et scrupuleux de chaque élément de la maison.de plus,il y aura un relevé de compteur eau et électricité,avec une future estimation souhaitée de votre consommation.vous aurez 48 h pour vérifier l'état des lieux et l'amener , signé,à une voisine.il vous faudra également ramener le propriétaire à l'embarcadère afin qu'il rentre sur le continent (40 min a/r).il faudra donc prévoir votre heure d'arrivée en fonction de tous ces éléments.pour finir,il aurait été appréciable de pouvoir être au courant de la caution avant le règlement de la location.le propriétaire ne permet aucune annulation sauf COVID et de ce fait on se retrouve devant le fait accompli,car il envoie les détails (caution,heure max d'arrivée, état des lieux)une fois le paiement effectué.je pense que ces éléments peuvent être intéressants aux voyageurs intéressés.bonne continuation M.Malet

Die sehr nette Begrüßung und das Entgegenkommen, uns vom Schiff abzuholen, war für uns ein prima Urlaubsanfang. Das typisch bretonische Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und liegt in einem großen, geschützten Garten. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig, - dennoch ist das Haus nicht weit vom Dorf abgelegen, so dass man zu Fuß gut die kleinen Läden erreichen und auch zum Strand oder den nahe gelegenen Wanderwegen gehen kann. Was will man mehr, - wir waren wunschlos glücklich und haben uns sehr gemütlich und wohl gefühlt im Haus! Als großes Plus haben wir empfunden, dass vom Vermieter ein Auto zur Verfügung gestellt wird (allerdings mit eigener Versicherungsleistung), so dass man auch die faszinierenden anderen Plätze, Wanderwege und Strände der Insel erreichen kann. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit dort und wir bedanken uns herzlich bei der sehr freundlichen Vermieterfamilie!

Sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus mit verschiedenen Gartensitzplätzchen und grosser Wiese zum Spielen 10 min vom Strand und 5 min von Einkaufsmöglichkeit entfernt. Äusserst freundliche und vertrauensvolle Vermieter, hätten uns sogar von der Fähre abgeholt, falls wir für unser Auto keinen Fährplatz mehr bekommen hätten. Wir durften auch den Grill und die Fahrräder benutzen, was wir auch sehr geschätzt haben.

maison très bien située proche d'une plage à pied,de petits commerces de petits restaurants sympas, aucune pollution lumineuse appréciable pour observer les étoiles le soir et lieu très reposant dans un quartier très calme, sans trop de passages. Tout est prévu dans cette maison pour ne manquer de rien, accueil très sympathique et climat de confiance avec le propriétaire. C'est la 2ème année que nous venons sur Belle île et nous sommes enchantés de nouveau, nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite à Belle Ile dans la jolie maison de Jacques. Tres bon accueil, Jacques est venu nous recuperer au bateau à notre arrivée. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée, et la voiture est un véritable plus. Un carnet de bord mis à disposition vous décrit de belles ballades, on s'en est bien inspiré pour choisir nos excurions. Je conseille vivement cette location et cette destination de vacances!

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable et confortable dans la maison de charme de M et Mme Malet pour une petite semaine à Pentecôte ! La location est propre, spacieuse, bien équipée, bien située, au calme, d'une bonne relation qualité-prix,... nous la recommandons fortement ! Le propriétaire nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Il est venu nous chercher au port, puis nous a prêté sa voiture pour la semaine. Il nous a donné plein de bons conseils, puis il est reparti, car il vit sur le continent. Encore un grand merci pour ces belles vacances !

A la descente de l'embarcadère, nous avons été accueillis avec un grand sourire par Régine qui nous a conduit à la voiture, mise à disposition gracieusement par le propriétaire. A l'arrivée au gite, Rose-Marie a pris le relais pour nous faire visiter la maison et veiller à notre installation pour la semaine. Nous avons pu profiter d'une maison spacieuse, chaleureuse et propre. Le gite est exceptionnellement bien équipé (literie de qualité) et bien situé au calme dans le village. Nous recommandons fortement et vivement cette location (le propriétaire est très sensible au confort de ses hôtes).

Maison super confortable,bien conservée, très bien équipée et le propriétaire très aimable et accessible aussi intéressé en nôtre séjour. Il y a tout qu'on a besoin, même des vélos, infos de Belle Ile, cuisine fourni,grand frigo et lave linge neuve et la localisation c'est parfaite. Les commune très calme, les enfants peuvent jouer par ailleurs,proche des plages, boulangeries, fermiers..... idéal! Nous sommes grands 1'80-1'94 alors le lits étaient plus petits pour nous, et je crois que serait plus intime avec le jardin plus petit mais clos. Mais cette maison vous aidera a profiter cette magique île comme il faut! Amusez vous ;)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Locmaria, dans une demeure très agréable et son propriétaire très accueillant. Locmaria est très agréable et c'est l'endroit que nous avons préféré de Belle Ile qui est un lieu exceptionnel. La maison est très bien située et très fonctionnelle, de plus, une voiture est mise à disposition, c'est formidable!! La maison est située dans un endroit très calme à proximité des commerces et les habitants sont hyper sympas. Honnêtement, je vous recommande cette location , c'est très reposant.
