Reserve before it fills up! 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 10 with 2 Kings and 3 Queens, GREAT kitchen, breakfast bar. Flat Screen TV's in family room, master, 2 of the 3 guest bedrooms and game room (4 total). Game room offers a TV viewing area, cocktail table and pool table. Single story, 2 car garage, outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating, outdoor dining, stainless BBQ, 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing, pool and spa. Enjoy sunset views over the desert as well!
***Additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.
All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.
Located north of Dynamite, between Scottsdale Rd. and Cave Creek. A quick drive to North Scottsdale, north to Cave Creek, or south to Desert Ridge and City North of North-East Phoenix. Please note 1/4 mile of gravel road to get to driveway of home.

My friends and I stayed at the house for almost a week. The setting was lovely, everything was clean and there were plenty of supplies to meet all our needs. The pool was great, but the hot tub would maybe hold two people at the most, so we never used it. Overall it was a wonderful vacation!

Loved the layout of the house for multiple families. Justin was a great host, very responsive. The pool area had plenty of sitting options. Kitchen had everything we needed.
