This beautiful holiday home is located in Rogac, on the island of Solta, a small paradisiacal island on the Croatian coast. Rogač is the main harbour on the island of Šolta and is very well connected to the mainland by ferry. The crossing from Split takes less than 40 minutes to reach Rogac. Rogač offers its visitors beautiful beaches and crystal-clear sea. Here you can enjoy your holiday far away from the noise of the city. The house is located directly by the sea, only a few metres and a few steps separate you from the beach. It consists of 2 separate flats, which are connected by an external staircase. Both flats are very modern and practically furnished. Each flat has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The house is suitable for max. 10 persons. It is possible to rent only the whole house. Each flat has a modern, fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, extractor fan, freezer (50 litres), coffee maker, kettle, blender, microwave, dishwasher, complete crockery). Both flats have air conditioning and LCD TV, free Wi-Fi. The guests have two large terraces (one covered terrace and one open terrace), with garden furniture and sunbeds at their disposal. From the terrace you have a great panoramic view of the sea. There is a barbecue next to the house and two parking spaces on the property. You have a whole house to yourself, as the owners do not live in the house.
