We liked the cleanliness of the room. We also liked the bed as the mattress was comfortable. We also liked the location. Close walk to Lincoln Way shopping and very close to free Miamitrolley bus service.The entrance door has a manual deadbolt which adds for good security whwn you are home, however it is very hard to use and is stiff. My wife was not strong enough to latch or unlatch it. There were plenty of plates a nice fridge with ice maker, nice microwave. Nice stove top however we did not use or try it. Nice coffee machine and toaster.
They only provided 1 toilet roll for a 3day stay. They should have had 3-4 toilet rolls. The shower lacked any kind of ledge to store soap and shampoo which was a hassle. The bed did not have enough pillows a d the ones provided were small and not plush. The toilet handle did not function properly - so to flush toilet you had to hold down handle manually for 4-5 seconds else it would not flush. There was very little cuttlery and glasses like 3-4 glasses total and only 1 wine glass. Similarly omly 3 knives and 3 forks etc. So you had to run dishwasher after every meal. The entrance door did not close fully to easily lock the door. You had to manually push door closed with your hand while simultaneously locking the door else the electronic lock will mot properly work and lock door. So mistakes could accidentally cause you to leave door unlocked if you didn't double check. On two occasions strangers tried to enter our unit randomly entering codes into the electeonic lock. This was a little disconcerning. Twice I went to the door to tell them they had the wrong room and they quickly disappeared before I could see them. Again, disconcerning. Due to no carpeting in every room you can hear guests above you on the second floor. Our first night we had a poor sleep because the guest above us woke up at 4am to pack and for 3hrs you could hear suitcases been throwed and rolled around above you and every step taken. The walls and floors between units are not well sound proofed. So you could often hear people speaking. Not a major problem during our 3day stay but had there been noiser neighbors it would have been awful. Except for the bed. The furniture is very basic and looks tired/worn. The black couch in the kitchenette area is very cheap/basic and needs to be replaced with something more substantial and of better comfort and quality with cushions and pillows vs a fouton style couch. Overall for the price it just met our expectations but just.

Great location, with a supermarket and eateries within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped, and the apartment offers good value for money.
The apartment would benefit from some TLC, and there is some noise from neighbouring units and compressors—something the owner cannot control—but light sleepers should take this into consideration.

Good location. Spacious enough for a family of 5.
Apartment was not clean. Floor was simply not cleaned properly.
Apartment had a slight smell of mold/lack of ventilation.
Street parking is easy but very expensive and requires an app.
