The room we had was spacious, clean, and modern. The staff was very helpful with all of our inquiries. The hotel location is close to the metro and bus station about a 5-10 minute walk, which is ideal for sightseeing.

The hotel is in a good location and offers convenient access to the city, although it is a bit far to comfortably walk to the main tourist attractions. The room itself was satisfactory, but there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The staff were generally helpful when approached, but they were not particularly welcoming. During my stay, it was rare to receive a greeting or even a smile when entering or leaving the hotel. One inconvenience was the lack of readily available ice. Guests have to request ice from the hotel café, which is only open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This can be frustrating if you need ice outside of those hours. The hallways were also noticeably warm, making the common areas less comfortable than expected. In addition, there were two separate occasions during my stay when the faucet water unexpectedly stopped flowing, which was inconvenient and concerning. Overall, the hotel has a decent location and adequate accommodations, but improvements in guest service, facility maintenance, and basic amenities would make for a much better experience.
