Beautiful very well equipped holiday house with 2 bedrooms, large living room, dining room with large U-shaped corner bench ,, Sweden Fireplace, 2 relax chairs, leather couch, very well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, and many electric. Small appliances, 2 baths, 1shower, washer-dryer, upstairs next to the two bedrooms have a living hall with sofa bed, 2 satellite TV, DVD, and outdoors: large terrace with awning and umbrellas, as well as garden furniture, a beautiful, fenced garden with clothes dryer and the scales are still 5 bikes, including a children's bike. Next door is a nice children's playground with slide, seesaw, swing and children's playhouse!
We offer a beautiful setting and are sure that you will feel at home!

There are also many sports facilities: a very good surf school in 1km entfernetn Pepelow, fishing, sailing, swimming, cycling, hiking, but also the relaxation is not neglected: sauna, indoor pool, massages, ... everything from in the immediate vicinity

Das Grundstück ist super eingezäunt. Für eine Reise mit Hund ist es super. Direkt am Haus befindet sich ein Spielplatz, das hat unseren Jüngsten sehr gefreut. Leider gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, so dass man auf das Auto angewiesen ist.

Mein Mann, meine Tochter und unsere Hündin waren für 4 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Sie waren sehr zufrieden ! Es ist reichlich ausgestattet und die Betten und Sitzgelegenheiten sind bequem. Die Lage ist prima und außer ein von Ferne bellender Hund in der ersten Nacht war alles ruhig und friedlich. Dankeschön, Beim nächsten Mal bin ich auch mit dabei ! Denn es wird ein nächstes Mal geben.

Es war die wohl heißeste Woche des Sommers und wir waren froh, die Ostsee in der Nähe zu haben. Für diese Hitze war der Ventilator eine willkommene Abkühlung. Die Ausstattung des Hauses selbst war topp, viel besser als wir es in der Vergangenheit erlebt hatten. Der Hund konnte sich auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen und sich ein schattiges Plätzchen suchen. Insgesamt ein absolut gelungener Urlaub!!!

Das Ferienobjekt hat uns sehr gefallen und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Gut war ebenfalls, dass sich die Vermieter nachfragetechnisch um uns gekümmert haben und für notwendige Nachfragen zur Verfügung standen. Für unser Wohlbefinden und das unseres fast 3jährigen Enkels wurden Vorbereitungen getroffen, so dass unser Wohlbefinden enorm gesteigert wurden. Insgesamt waren es schöne angenehme Urlaubstage.

Schönes Ferienhaus am Salzhaff

Ein sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit erstklassiger Ausstattung lädt zum Urlaub an der Ostsee ein. Wir hatten für unsere zwei Kinder und uns(zwei Ewachsene) viel Platz im Haus und im süßen Garten. Die große Terasse mit Grillplatz haben wir jeden Abend ausgiebig genutzt. Die Ostsee ist in ca 10 Autominuten in Rerik gut zu erreichen. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom schönen und gar nicht überfüllten Strand. Vom Fereinhaus ist die Gegend gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden, schön, dass im Schuppen einige gute Räder zur Verfügung stehen. Zum Salzhaff sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Rad, hier kann man besonders gut surfen und surfen lernen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Wir werden auch die anderen Objekte dieser Vemieter besuchen, das Haus in Teßmannsdorf ist auf jeden Fall schon wieder gebucht. Wir können dieses schöne Objekt in der Kühlung gern weiterempfehlen. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen!

Wir fahren jetzt schon seit einiger Zeit einmal im Jahr in dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen immer gerne wieder. Für unsere beiden kleinen Hunde ist der Garten und anschließende große Wiese ein Traum. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt vorhanden. Wir lieben die Wintertage an dem gemütlichen Kamin. Und sollte man dann doch einmal etwas mehr Trubel haben wollen, ist man in kürzester Zeit an vielen interessanten Orten. Danke Familie Leufke, wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder! Das Ferienhaus ist bestens gepflegt, vorbildlich sauber und mit allem, was man für das alltägliche Leben benötigt, ausgestattet. Holz und Briketts für das Kamin, Bettwäsche, Handtücher ... sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei und ihre Anwendung ist genau beschrieben. Unser Hund hat Auslauf im Garten. Es gibt sehr schöne Spazierwege, die ohne Auto zu erreichen sind. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auf sicheren Radwegen schnell am Haff, in Neubukow, wo es alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die sehenswerten Städte Wismar, Bad Doberan, und Rostock liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso sind die Strände von Rerik und Kühlungsborn schnell erreichbar. Im Ferienhaus gibt es ausführliche Reiseführer, Karten,Tipps für Attraktionen in der Umgebung. Wir können dieses Haus nur allen empfehlen, die alle Vorteile eines Ostseeurlaubs genießen und gleichzeitig einen Rückzugsraum von möglichem Massentourismus suchen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus gestressten, Ruhe und Erholung suchenden Feriengästen besonders empfehlen. In Rerik gibt es als gute Fischrestaurants "Die Steilküste" und das Hotelrestaurant "Linde", aber auch die Möglichkeit beim Fischhändler in Rerik fangfrischen Fisch zu kaufen und im Ferienhaus selbst zuzubereiten. l
