CDZ - Poniente

The apartment had all we needed and plenty of room for the two of us for a 3 night stay. After some initial confusion with check in, the access codes were sent and easy to use. Enjoyed our stay and the location of the apartment was great. Instructions for checking out were informative and prompt.

Regrettably check in was not so smooth. The phone number to contact on the initial check in information was not correct. Luckily this was a very helpful host of a different apartment who helped put us in touch with the right host. There was no apology or concern shown from our hosts, but we are hopeful this has been sorted out for the future (we were not the first people to receive the wrong number). Limited kitchen equipment which would have made cooking a challenge. The shower head was broken so had to be held all the time when showering. Hosts advised, but have received no confirmation they will be fixing it.

Liked location in the centre of everything i wiould stay there again i hope👍

La ducha muy muy muy pequeña

Es una zona "céntrica" pero ningún medio de transporte te deja cerca. Mínimo 10 minutos a pié. La calle es tipo peatonal y no hay donde aparcar, nisiquiera en las cercanías. Tenía que dejar el coche en las afueras en barrios donde pudiese dejarlo de forma gratuita porque incluso las zonas azules te obligan a mover el coche a las 3h No es nada cómodo cargar con equipaje, compras etc de este modo. Tenía coche de alquiler y tenía que aparcarlo lejos y volver en Taxi. Una auténtica locura realmente. Por otro lado, 2 edredones que se supone que están para utilizar, no tenían funda y llenos de manchas amarillas y restos de cosas que personalmente me pareció desagradable. No estaba sucio como tal, pero el escurre platos también necesitaba algo de limpieza porque me daba cosa dejar ahí los vasos donde luego pones la boca. Calidad-precio parece razonable pero realmente deben mejorar varias cosas. Solo me dejaron 2 rollos de papel para 1 semana. 1 toalla pequeña y otra grande por persona para 1 semana. El gel y champú se agradeció bastante aunque luego no dejan ni una botella de agua, ni aceite ni sal ni azúcar, cosas BÁSICAS. Las escaleras son muy altas, incómodas para subir y para personas mayores aún más. No salí con buen sabor de boca y no lo recomendaría, lo siento.
