A great place to stop in Ponferrada, 10 minutes' walk froom the old town and the castle. The room is spacious with a nice view of the hills and the sunset. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, and the common areas are large enough to spend some time in. Bathrooms are clean and well-equipped. Overall — you can tell the owners take good care of the place. Great choice for a budget stay in Ponferrada, highly recommended.
The check-in process through the app is a bit annoying — the web page doesn't work well. The place is towards the edge of town, but given how compact Ponferrada is, that's hardly an issue — if anything it's a plus, it's quiet there with no noise from the street.
Can't really call these problems, so a solid 10 feels fair.

Las camadas cómodas. Y la ubicación a 10 minutos andando del castillo.
En la habitación había telaralas, por la noche nos pico algo a mí amiga y a mí, , el baño que se compartía bastante sucio.
El desayuno estaba incluido, y la mujer que nos atendió nos dijo que a las 5 de la mañana su marido dejaba el desayuno en el armario en nuestro número de la habitación; cuando nos levantamos y fuimos a por el desayuno, allí no había nada.
Como peregrina del camino de santiago y haber hecho noche en muchos albergues privados, no lo recomiendo.
