Here you are 17 km from Pietrasanta, 18 km from Forte dei Marmi and the beaches of Versilia, 50 km from Lucca and Pisa, 77 km from Cinque Terre (Liguria) and about 120 km from Florence (ideal destination for a day trip). From the property and the house you can enjoy a panoramic view of some spectacular mountains of the Apuan Alps, the woods and the valley that slopes down to the sea. This area is usually fresh and quiet in summer. The outdoor area of the house consists of a common and open natural plot on a slope (1500 m2), partially landscaped with meadow, trees and bushes.
