About this villa rental
A stunning modern 3 bedroom villa with private pool. Enjoying sea views and in a prime position, only 30 metres from the sandy beaches of Mojacar playa.
A walled and gated secure villa built on two levels surrounded by mature tropical gardens, beautiful swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, entertainment area and 6 Person Jacuzzi/Hot tub, making it a perfect option for holidays outside of the peak summer season. Perfect for couples or families.
On entering the villa there is an open plan lounge and dining area, a new fully fitted kitchen, a double bedroom with ensuite & family bathroom. Double doors lead from the lounge out to the decked pool area offering a shaded eating area and plenty of room around the pool for bed chairs and sunbathing zones. Shade is offered around the villa in the various seating areas and there is also a pergola offering shade throughout the day.
There is an 6 person Jacuzzi in the gardens that can also be *enjoyed by guests looking to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. A gas BBQ is available for guests to enjoy outdoor cooking along with an outdoor bar and kitchen area.
Stairs lead from the ground floor to the first floor where there are two further double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. There are terraces off each bedroom, offering more areas to sit relax and enjoy sea views.
This villa offers a luxury surrounding, modern minimalist in style and completely refurbished over the last few years.
Additional features are air conditioning, full UK TV system offering the full Sky package including Sky Sports & Films, free WIFI for guests. Outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ for outdoor eating.
Both secure driveway parking and roadside parking.
This villa is disability friendly with the ground floor double bedroom and terraces surrounding the villa.
During July and August, I try to operate weekend changeovers of 7/14 nights. Please contact me with dates, if checking in or checking out, falls mid-week.
This is one of the closest villas to beach and in a perfect location for easy walking access to a selection of restaurants, chiringitos and bars including Neptunos, Hola Ola, Sol Arena and a Casasoto.
It is also only a few minutes walk to the Parque Comercial offering many more shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
A luxury villa offering comfortable accommodation for your vacation, whether summer or winter. The villa is only rented for a select number of weeks per year so please contact me as early as possible if you are interested in booking or have any questions.
* Jacuzzi is available at an additional cost of £100 per week to be requested at the time of booking. The jacuzzi is emptied, cleaned, filled and heated for each visit.
Sporting enthusiasts staying at Mojacar do not have to confine their activities to the water. There are plenty of activities and things to do in the area including hill walking, mountain biking & hire, paddle boarding, paragliding, fishing, diving and also Andalucian horses can be hired for riding from local stables to enjoy the countryside and mountain scenery.

A beautiful villa, with a garden that has been carefully arranged to give a mix of sun and shade all day. As well as a kitchen and barbecue set up in the garden that is seriously underplayed in the listing.
Local friends commented on how beautiful the villa is when they visited us.
The location is perfect for the beach, literally a couple of minutes walk until you’re touching the sea, and the Parc Commercial nearby gives access to shops and a supermarket too.
The owner is friendly and helpful, and I’d happily recommend this place to friends and family wanting to visit Mojacar.

Contact in advance of stay was superb and reassuring, super flexible with check-in and check-out. Villa is amazing, inside modern and everything thing kids needs e.g. WIFI and Netflix, outside superb space for pool, BBQ and Hot Tob with loads of space to entertain. Amazing location, walking distance to beach and restaurants and short drive to more touristy area. Owner, pool guy and cleaner all super countable and helpful and all gave advice that added to the enjoyment of our holiday. Have never written a review before but enjoyed this experience so much I promised my kids that I would. 5 star, would recommend to all 👍🏽

Directions were poor due to incorrect number of the villa being given.Very late contact from the owner as we had to call him the day before departure to get access code.The villa would benefit from general maintenance and cleaning,defective curtain rail, defective toilet seat .There was a lot of dust behind the bed headboards and dead woodlice on the floor.The hinges on the front door was badly in need of oil and the back patio door was difficult to open and close.There was a minimum supply of and coffee cups eg 6 in total.
Despite these shortcomings we had a wonderful time in Mojaher .There were some lovely restaurants, bars and shops nearby .
