New renovated house just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the beach promenade. Nearby are restaurants, bars, grocery stores, ATM, green market, fish market. Car is not necessary. Free parking and Wi-Fi.

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und gibt schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet (Verbesserungspotential: scharfe Messer/Messerschärfer oder Wetzstein und eine Mikrowelle wären noch das i-Tüpfelchen). Von dem Ferienhaus kommt man fußläufig zu einem Strand, für die interessanteren Strände (z.B. Hawai Beach) benötigt man doch das Auto oder Fahrrad. Alles in in allem haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen auch unser 3-jähriges Töchterchen. Vielen Dank Frau Valic! Wir können die Villa Lungomare definitiv weiterempfehlen.

La casa è molto ospitale, accogliente e pulita, l'arredamento è ottimo e la configurazione della casa è ideale sia per giovani che per famiglie. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile.
La spiaggia a 300m è comoda e grande. Situata sul lato del mare di Pola permette comodi spostamenti verso cittadine inerenti come Medulin, Premantura. Consigliata.

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem gepflegtem und sauberen Haus verbracht - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet; die Küche, großes Wohnzimmer, 2 Badenzimmer,Terrasse,..
Alles ist in der Nähe: Restaurants, Bars, Discos, Strand. Der Strand ist sehr schön.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Ich kann diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen.
