About this house rental
The villa is beautifully embedded by palm trees and plants. From our property it is only 400m to the beautiful sandy beach. The villa is equipped with an alarm system + security staff. In the immediate vicinity (20 meters away) is a 17X6 meter large community pool for 5 villas available. The villa with 170m2 living space, has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (double beds incl. Mosquito nets). In the upper open gallery is a large living room with a double bed and a cot inc. .. mosquito net On the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms (shower) a safe and a kitchen with all electrical appliances. The villa still has a terrace. All bedrooms on the ground floor have fans. Sun loungers are available at the pool and garden. Our manager will greet you at the house and be your contact person. Right next door is also the wonderful golf course .. Everything you need is within a few minutes walk z. b. Bank, Supermarket, Safari Office, Shops, Restaurants u. S. W. You do not need a car here. Wi-Fi available.

Diani Beach is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, also very suitable for children. Near the complex there are also the hospital, pharmacy, safari office, banks, supermarkets (eg Nakumat), restaurants golf course and some souvenir shops. More information can be obtained locally from the administration. Everything is within walking distance of our villa. You do not need a car here.

Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem angenehm.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, (Nähe Golfplatz) und liegt auch sehr schön in der Anlage platziert. Die Architektur ist dem Land entsprechend schön gemacht und ausgeführt. (Makutti Dach) Holzarbeiten etc.
Die Ruhe in der Anlage war echt angenehm. ( Bis auf das Hundegeheul beim Nachbarn.) Ein paar Dinge haben auch nicht wirklich ganz gepasst.
Zimmer sollte jeden zweiten Tag gemacht werden.
Leider kam das Zimmermädchen während meines Aufenthaltes lediglich einmal um den Müll rauszutragen und die Handtücher zu wechseln. Die Bettwäsche wurde in den 14 Tagen leider gar nicht gewechselt.
Dass Zweite mal als das Zimmermädchen da war, sehr zeitig in der Früh, hatte ich Ihr gesagt Sie soll in einer Stunde wieder kommen. Gekommen ist Sie dann gar nicht.
Der Lärm der Hunde bei den Nachbarn ist leider sehr störend.
Ein Dankeschön an die Vermieter und vielleicht komme ich ja nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen für 1 1/2 Wochen in der Villa Punda Milia.
Das Haus befindet sich auf einer schönen Anlage, die sehr gut gepflegt wird. Sicherheitspersonal ist jederzeit anwesend.
Die Lage der Anlage ist optimal. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt max. 5 Minuten, außerdem ist der große Supermarkt Nakumat fußläufig erreichbar, sowie eine Vielzahl von Safari-Büros.
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Affen und Moskitos waren bei unserem Aufenthalt kein Problem, da in beiden Fällen Netze an allen Fenstern/Öffnungen und über den Betten, das Eindringen der mehr oder weniger angenehmen Besucher verhindert haben.
Die Eigentümer Achim und Petra sind sehr freundlich und bemüht auch kleinere Probleme schnell zu lösen. Das Hundegebell konnte bei unserem Besuch nach der ersten Nacht auf ein Minimum reduziert werden und war somit nicht mehr störend.
Insgesamt hatten wir eine super Zeit in der Villa!

Die Villa ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und entspricht der Vorstellung eines entspannten Urlaubs.Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Es gibt sehr viele und schöne Ausflugsziele: Tanduri ( Bar mit Musik),Kongo-River,und die sehr schönen Strandabschnitte in ca.400m Entfernung.Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmals diese Villa buchen.

The best thing about this place was the swimming pool and Abdallah the chef we hired. He was EXCELLENT. If it weren’t for him we would not have known there was any hot water. Location to the beach by foot was reasonable. Property manager was visible and available and fixed all complaints in a timely manner.
The bad thing was that no one turned on the water or the toilets for our arrival. This interrupted our holiday plans because we had to wait around for a guy to come get everything working. There was no toilet paper in the washrooms and that was the first thing we had to buy after a long trip.
One of the fans in the downstairs bedrooms did not generate any breeze due to the fan blades not being at a proper angle.
The neighbors dogs barked and howled every evening when the monkeys came through. The second morning I was awakened to the strong smell of someone smoking outside my room and a burst water pipe outside.
