Two bungalows of our property, identical, terraced, but independent, are located on a plot of 2,500 m², situation of absolute tranquility, with parking, garden, barbecue and salt water pool.
Each bungalow of 70 m², has a bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 Mts). The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, sink, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, fully equipped, with 4-ring hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, toaster, electric mixer, electric citrus juicer, kitchenware and kitchenware, etc. The living room is furnished with portable electric heating, a flat screen television satellite reception, DVD player, radio. Free WIFI connection and safe. A terrace partially covered by a pergola, furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. It offers magnificent views over the pool, the mountainous surroundings of Caldera de Taburiente and Cumbre Vieja, the Atlantic Ocean, with its sunsets.
Bed linen, kitchen, bath, pool and beach towels are available. They change every week.
When you book, you receive either one
of the two bungalows. They are identical! Both are intended exclusively for tourist use.
The maximum occupancy is 2 adults per unit.
It is advisable to have a car, due to the isolated situation of La Casa.
ONE WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL, WE WILL SEND AN DESCRIPTION AIRPORT - UP TO THE HOUSE, WE WILL GIVE THE PERSON'S KEY DELIVERY.
