Our beautiful thatched holiday home on approx. 600 sqm of land was completed in January 2017. It is located in the fishing village, a well-kept holiday home complex, in the middle of a nature reserve, right on the Szczecin Lagoon. On a living area of 82 m2, the lovingly furnished house has an open, spacious living / dining area with a TV corner and fireplace (gas), a kitchenette with high-quality electrical appliances (stove with ceramic hob, microwave with grill, small oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer combination ), 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 bedrooms (one room with a double bed 180 x 200 and TV and a room with two separate beds 90 x 200). All rooms have underfloor heating. The large sun terrace with fireplace, beach chair and comfortable seating is on the south and south-west side of the house. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house. A lockable garden shed offers space for bicycles. The house is equipped with free WiFi connection.
From the holiday home you have the opportunity for many varied cycling and hiking tours. There are two golf clubs in the immediate vicinity. It is only a few kilometers to Europe's longest beach promenade in the three imperial baths of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin. The bathing beach on the Szczecin Lagoon is located in the nearby romantic Kamminke with a small fishing harbor and popular restaurants.

Ein super Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Spitzenmäßig die Einrichtung, die fast keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Einziges Manko unsererseits waren die teilweise fragwürdigen "Fahrradwege" in der direkten Umgebung (Wobei natürlich die Vermieter dafür nichts können). Dadurch muss man halt leider öfter das Auto bemühen.

Wir in diesem gepflegten schönen Haus einen wunderschönen Urlaub an der Ostsee verbracht .Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und schön geschmackvoll eingerichtet .

Das machte im Außenbereich einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Neue, angekündigte Sitzecke war schlechter als die Alte. Ein gemütliches Sitzen beim Lesen oder Fernsehen war nicht möglich. Der Herd war rund um die Platten verschmutzt, es fehlt dringend ein Reinigungsmittel, ohne dem war eine gründliche Reinigung nicht möglich. Der Rauchmelder ist deplatziert, er hat uns beim Nudel kochen in Angst und Schrecken versetzt. Also, alles in Allem war das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis negativ.
