In the heart of the charming town of Assens lies this cozy townhouse. Here you live not only close to a great swimming beach, but also to everything else. Here you are not far from shopping, restaurants, sights and cultural experiences. The house, built at the end of the 19th century and continuously renovated, is located, together with several other small and cozy townhouses in Assens. The house is in the typical style of a townhouse, in two floors. In addition, there is a separate annex, which is connected to the house via a wonderfully undisturbed garden in the courtyard. Dor you can also enjoy the sun or barbecue. On the first floor are the kitchen and dining area, openly connected to the living room. Throughout the house you have a fast internet connection. The city's bathing beach, marina and harbor can be easily reached on foot from the house.
